You can tell she was happy. It makes it that much more heartbreaking the way Chris treated her in the end, and discarded her and the babies like they were trash. Everyone talks about their beauty and that is evident, but remember that they were so much more than that. She was a daughter, sister, mama and friend. She was a phenomenal homemaker who took care of her house and children and husband. She loved to cook and kept that house inmaculate with toddlers!! I think thats what I admired most. She was a true friend and encouraged and inspired and spread that positive energy. She hoped to raise her girls as strong and powerful women which they would have been if given the opportunity to grow up. So many people have said ( i feel like I knew her in life,) because she shared so much of herself. So yes they are beautiful but they are so much more. I can’t even imagine what it would be like to have in-laws in your home. That seem to go out of their way to let you know how they feel about you. Shanann was able to put her feelings aside for her girls. That takes amazing strength.
His parents didn’t even attend their wedding because they didn’t like her. Sorry but if my in laws hate me so much they don’t even attend my wedding, I am not letting them stay under my roof. Shanann let them stay in her home and be extremely involved in their grandkids’ lives, which shows she was the bigger person. She put aside her feelings for the sake of Chris’ parents and for her children.

My MIL died in January of this year. I lived with her at one point before she passed and she was one of the most amazing people I’ve ever had in my life. Not all mil are great, but she was a blessed loving caring individual. RIP to my former MIL. I however feel bad for shannan having horrible Cindy Watts as a MIL. She was miserable.

I am in a very similar situation with my own mother. I will always speak kindly of her and wish her well. However never once would I leave her alone with my children. What Shanann did. Showed such strength it shows just how much she loved her daughters.

They lived there for over 6 years and flights from SC could be pretty cheap sometimes so it wasn’t a big deal she flew out. And I believe most grandparents would fly out to see their grandchildren and help their kids out. And Shanann didn’t like Cindy after years of trying to get her to like her. Cindy never gave her a real chance and treated her poorly before they even got married. She also didn’t go to the wedding and made it clear that Shanann wasn’t good enough for Chris. Actually they were happy until NK came along. And Shanann was truly the same in person as on Facebook live. She loved Chris and her girls and was happy and genuinely loved her life. She was always cheerful and lifting up others. I’m not saying she was perfect but she was one of the best humans I have ever seen. Her only issue in her mind was their money issues and that’s why she was working so hard. She was excelling and climbing quickly in the company. She would have gotten out of her money issues in a couple of years. Today she would actually have sold over a million dollars in Thrive sales. She would have been doing so well. I take Thrive and love it and I know a few people who make a lot from selling. Shanann’s team just got a bunch of awards last month. And as for Chris, Shanann didn’t know anything was wrong until the last month of her life. She started to see Chris was acting weird and It literally crushed her..

They both had a VERY stable income and I know this because I got Thrive through Shanann. She made about the same as Chris and her last year alive she made more than him. And Chris’s parents always stayed at a hotel except when Chris & Shanann went on a trip and weren’t home. Chris’s parents loved watching the girls so they could bond. They also visited them when they didn’t go on trips too. Cindy is the one who preferred getting a hotel but they were always welcome to stay in their home. I think Cindy probably couldn’t stand to be around Shanann for that long. She did not care for her. Shanann was a terrific host and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable there.

As someone with a similar MIL, it's hard for me to want my kids around people who blatantly disrespect me (my kids mom!) This just further proves what class she & her family showed. @ Lue Lavender you do realize Cindy only visited them in Colorado 3/4 times max the entire time they were there. They lived there for over 6 years and flights from SC could be pretty cheap sometimes so it wasn’t a big deal she flew out. And I believe most grandparents would fly out to see their grandchildren and help their kids out. And Shanann didn’t like Cindy after years of trying to get her to like her. Cindy never gave her a real chance and treated her poorly before they even got married. She also didn’t go to the wedding and made it clear that Shanann wasn’t good enough for Chris. But despite all of that since the murders she has slandered Shanann’s name and has used every opportunity to talk badly about her. She accused her of killing the kids even after Chris admitted he did it. She also treats the Rzucek’s terribly and is suing them to try to get money out of the house. I’m sure she loved her grandchildren but she is not a good person and to this day still talks bad about Shanann and her family. It’s despicable and tasteless. Actually they were happy until NK came along. And Shanann was truly the same in person as on Facebook live. She loved Chris and her girls and was happy and genuinely loved her life. She was always cheerful and lifting up others. I’m not saying she was perfect but she was one of the best humans I have ever seen. Her only issue in her mind was their money issues and that’s why she was working so hard. She was excelling and climbing quickly in the company. She would have gotten out of her money issues in a couple of years. Today she would actually have sold over a million dollars in Thrive sales. She would have been doing so well. I take Thrive and love it and I know a few people who make a lot from selling. Shanann’s team just got a bunch of awards last month. And as for Chris, Shanann didn’t know anything was wrong until the last month of her life. She started to see Chris was acting weird and It literally crushed her..

My in laws would be at a hotel. She’s very kind by letting them stay in her home.
Her in-laws are staying at her home... because they’re babysitting the girls!
They both had a VERY stable income and I know this because I got Thrive through Shanann. She made about the same as Chris and her last year alive she made more than him. And Chris’s parents always stayed at a hotel except when Chris & Shanann went on a trip and weren’t home. Chris’s parents loved watching the girls so they could bond. They also visited them when they didn’t go on trips too. Cindy is the one who preferred getting a hotel but they were always welcome to stay in their home. I think Cindy probably couldn’t stand to be around Shanann for that long. She did not care for her. Shanann was a terrific host and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable there.
