Ślęża - Sobótka, red trail, entire downhill, mtb bike, is it worth it?

Ślęża, many cyclists are probably thinking about following the red hiking trail from the peak to Sobótka.

What do you think about this route? I don't consider myself an expert in downhill, but the route in the first phase is quite demanding due to large stones. In 2 or 3 places I had no idea how to choose a line and had to carry my bike a few meters. However, on weekend days, there is also a lot of pedestrian traffic on Ślęża and when it is crowded, it is even more difficult to choose the line to do it safely.
So if you go, do it outside the weekend, and if possible, look for alternative, parallel paths along the hiking trail.
The descent requires a trail, enduro or downhill mountain bike.

Dzięki, łatwiej w dzień powszedni jak ruch jest mniejszy, mamy większą swobodę w omijaniu kamieni;

Łenduro m. in. na tym polega, jak najszybciej przejechać OS po tych kamulcach, po drodze zaliczając hopy i rogale...

Omijałem ostre krawędzie, ciśnienie w oponach dobrze dobrane no i opony też odpowiednie, nie było problemu
