Does ANYONE besides me appreciate the craftsmanship of the wood, the tile work, but paint over it cover it change it. I get and understand updating, but the BEAMS!!!😫 man my money better compound so I can buy a property that a preservationist has redone lol! This property is, without a doubt so very stunning and gorgeous. Sorry though, while laid out quite well, the kitchen looks institutional. Crystal clear with all those bedrooms, and a walk in refrigerator, this property is for large groups and many guests. Party over here lol. I personally enjoyed this property very much, but then again I am a bit biased in regards to the villa! Oh man, the dream Tuscan villa! Pure Tuscan country architecture, formal Italian gardens, clean, bright contemporary interior aesthetic... and a billiard room and pizzeria! I mainly watch this channel to draw strength from Stefanie's youthful , charming optimism / Btw, she is more and more radiant every day. I don't know how she does it, but I envy her /. Of course these properties are also fantastic. Too bad I can't buy any of them.
The video quality and tour were both well done! The only thing that could have made it better were a mini-map of the layout. You look so good in blue and that scarf both matched your outfit and your eyes. Oh, and the estate was charming as well. 😉

Capisco il suo punto di vista ma una proprietà riflettere i gusti dei proprietari. La dependance ha mantenuto uno stile più classico mentre la villa principale più moderna. Capisco che questa proprietà non è in linea con il suo gusto e questo è più che lecito, ma non credo sia giusto fare una generalizzazione sui gusti degli italiani.

Questa proprietà, che vuole rispondere ad un gusto "glamour" , rischia di datarsi molto rapidamente, nel giro di una decina di anni , e a quel punto non sarà possibile ripristinare le caratteristiche originali degli ambienti identificabili nei portali, nei camini, travi e travetti, cornici, pavimenti in pietra e o cotto, scale in pietra e muri con intonaci antichi la cui tessitura non si può riprodurre senza creare un falso. Tutto qui. Questo è il mio pensiero sempre che possa essere ritenuto interessante. Ma a giudicare dall'insistenza con cui difendete l'indifendibile, non credo.
