- Hii Folks, I made my home made telescope from scrap parts just to make it low cost and now i am sharing that with you
I can even attach my smartphone / Camera (Dslr ) to it and take beautiful pictures of planets and deep space
All the images in thumbnails are captured with this telescope
Mars Jupiter and Saturn
and many are searching for telescope best under 5000 rs
Hope you liked this video
Clear skie

Brilliant Kunal, well done! I made mine in a similar way back around 1983 or 84. I used a kitchen sink (threaded) drain pipe to make the azimuth axis, and instead of the altitude bolts I built wooden disks from plywood and cut semi-circles out of the cradle. My tube was also plywood and square. I remember amazing views of Orion nebula from a dark farmers field nearby. These were the days before smartphones.
Wow that's actually amazing to hear. I am born after 2000 and people interested in astronomy are really hard to find these days. I wonder what kind of skies would be there in 1982-84 lol, it's one thing that I want to see in my life. Telescopes are expensive and not everyone can afford them. I am also thinking to make my own telescope in future.
if you can give me some tips I would really appreciate that, thanx!
@@ICEcoldAryan Know your limitations, build what you can, source stuff second hand if not (if you can). The biggest decision is whether to make your own optics or not. I've been told that anybody can make a mirror (some of my friends did, I didnt, I was lucky to be able to borrow 8" optics). I was advised to make a 4 inch f/12 newtonian primary mirror first (1/4 wave spherical figure is attainable by a first timer, and will be diffraction limited at this focal length). That way you can learn the basic grinding polishing and testing skills quickly, and have a good entry level telescope to use while you move on to an 8" (It is considerably harder and will take longer - much more polishing and it needs parabolizing). An ~f/6 8" Dob is a sweet-spot instrument!. It'll serve you well for a long time. Most people will buy eyepieces and secondary prism/mirrors (second hand) and maybe spiders, focussers, and mirror cells too - but these are fairly easy to make. A cheap prism will work as a diagonal on an entry level 4". If you go to the 8" It will work too, but you'll probably want to buy an elliptical flat. If you build a dobsonian design that can take an 8" f/6 optical tube you can also fit the 4" tube into it saving double fabrication. In the old days you could buy all the chemicals to silver mirrors yourself. I'm not sure nowadays if that's possible (some are poisonous). It will depend on where you live. There are old books on this, and stuff online if you google.
My best skies were in 1974 during a period of political unrest in the UK. Elecrtic power was rationed and there were regular blackouts, but I had access to a local observatory which had a giant 10" Cooke refractor driven by clockwork.
@@amp2amp800 that was a lot of knowledge, thank you very much for that. Considering today's market I'll find hard time to find second hand optics as not very much shops are there who actually sell astronomy stuff dedicatedly but I'll try to find anyways. Yea, I am considering an 8" inch dob for my build but it's gonna be a little hard as I have never made one before. And for other stuff like tube, base and focuser, they are fairly easier to make. Again Thank you so much.
Has nothing to do with smartphones since people still look build telescopes ?
U r awsome
Love it....❤❤
Wow yaar... This is awesome 😎👍
Helpful video
Mast👌👌👌
Most awaited video!
Nice one 🔥
Badhiya
Genius
I wish to make it
Please make a video on how you made a stable mount. I would be greatful
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
from where u have buy primary mirror and how much it cost ?
Can you send the link for the mirror you used
Can you share links from where you purchased the mirror and dimensions of the mirrors
Which eye peace you used
Where did you get the spherical mirrors?
Wow
Where is buy eyepiece?
From where did you buy the primary mirror?
where I can buy more than 5 inch aperture concave mirror?
Sir I would recommend u to upgrade that bolt design on ur mount that is hold by nuts so u just cut that wood a bit and attach 2 metal jar lids.....it will then have a lot more smooth up and down movement
Yes I will upgrade thanks for suggestion , first i thought of that but cost will go high so discarded it and little bit of lazyness 😄
Share the link of the mirror to buy
What is thickness of mirror
What is the apurture
Eyepiece size mm??
How to get that mirror in cheap please reply
How lens zoom
Can we get this type of image using celestron astromaster 130eq?
Awesome Kunal!, I want to build this telescope for my daughter, Could you please share specs for mirrors so that I can buy it, Thanks a lot.

Awesome work dear!! Can you make one for my son age of 5. He is very much interested in astronomy. I wanted gift him for his birthday.
You can make your own with 2 mirrors
How much mm lens please tel
Give me link for lens and eyepiece
hey bro. awesome build! how much was the total cost of building this? and is it possible to use it without the eyepiece?
Nope
How much did the primary mirror cost?
@@kunals_Astrophotography with the plane mirror?
Wow...Well done 👏 how much it's total cost ?
