Dont ever apologise John for saying what you see...its a fact that the community spirit has gone...and the outer areas of the city have been destroyed...you wonder why the council would put a stop a community group trying to make their area look nice...you cant call Labour in Liverpool though..if you do youre a traitor...all i see is our people being manipulated by a party that thinks its a given that liverpool will ALWAYS vote for them...either that or we have got Stockholm syndrome...the sad thing is i think most of us are politically homeless right now...well i am anyway...on another topic...i hope you have a great 2025 John..!!

@@TheRealMike1976 I mean anywhere that isn't the city centre, because LCC won't let the tourist areas slide...saying that even that could do with tidy aswell...I know there are nice parts of Liverpool where the expensive houses are...but they are few and far between
..I feel like the rest is left to rot..it's all the areas as you leave the city centre that are the worst..they don't invest in the community..I know some residents are to blame..but you never see the council litter picker lads anymore...the bins are an eye sore...sometimes the weeds are as tall as trees...you would have to blind to not the difference in these areas..the sad thing is for the younger generations this is all they are used to so it will stay that way...look at the homeless as well...they would never survive if it wasn't for the outreach teams...I know it sounds like a cliché but if all politicians would start thinking about its own people and its own country first..then maybe things wouldn't be so bad...look at me having a rant on new year's day..😂 sorry...happy New year.!!

I regularly get the 14 bus and its full of migrants now who don’t know the meaning of queuing and I was with my dad who is a pensioner and not one of them would move out of the disabled seats and looked at me in disgust when I told them that’s what we do in the UK. They need to conform to our country not what they did in there country like fly tipping. I just find Breck Road depressing now thanks for your video and highlighting how bad this area is. Excellent Vlog, I grew up from the age of 13 in the then New Henglers estate in 83-94 when I moved out of my parents.
Give my mum one thing was she made us get a Good education. My school was John Hamilton Later Breckfield Comp.
My Aunt lives in the Anfield area and I had to drive through here last month and the change from 80-90s is crazy.
I now live in the Cressington/Garston area St Mary’s road.
The reason for the city becoming a dump is not the council and I have never voted for labour it’s the people that have come here and how they lived in there old home land.
    Keep up the great work

Breaks my heart seeing this. I lived I Anfield/Tuebrook 94-05. I brought my kids up here, they went to St. Margerets on Lower Breck Rd. This is our city. These new arrivals shouldn't be here in such large numbers. Label words like racist don't bother me. I just love my city, my home, the place I love and lived all my life. Kenny has gone, but I think Anfield can be saved if people make a noise. I remember Anfield all the terraced streets got remodernised bout 2001 all new railings, and new brick walls. The community was great, clean and tidy. Anfield belongs to scousers.

People who can get out of the ever increasing third world communities spreading around Liverpool will do, Liverpool is gone just like Manchester and London, Balkanisation ( look it up) is underway, Scousers have been sold out by the once Working man+ Women's Party ( Labour , middle class liberal Party now),lets see if Liverpool people ever ever wake up to that fact, your video shows very well whats happened.

Liverpool has been willfully and shamelessly abandoned by successive Labour and Conservative governments, since, wel, probably the end of WW2. Liverpool is one of the worst examples of urban decline in Britain, anything outside of Liverpool One is pretty run down to say the least, truly sad to see it the way it is now. Why can't we make Liverpool look like a place where people want to live, invest not just in the city centre but the outskirts as well.
