It relaxes us, we're less anxious as we know we can manage something more extreme than living in a press button world over which we have almost no control. Many years ago, went on a wilderness survival training course. When I got home, I felt so much more confident in every aspect of my life. It was only a 4 day course....but it was learn learn learn all the way. I love these videos.

The patience with that dog is incredible. My dog has patience but nothing like that. I give you a lot of credit to have that dog wait that long before he could eat. You trained your dog very well.

@@RareGem369 I might be wrong here, but it may be paranoid dreams whilst sleeping, ones that are so vivid that it seems that it wad real the next day or when you next think about it, iv struggled with bouts of paranoia in my life and it can be in the day, when your trying to sleep or when you are asleep, I'm sure it may vary from person to person.
Its the worst... I get I too. When I'm falling asleep I'll feel as if someone is breaking in or something. I'll feel extreme fear and wake up screaming and them over the course of a minute or two I come back down.
