Gta v doesn’t have native 4k and HDR support. Running in 1080p resolution , i think showcasing gtav gameplay is bad idea for testing image quality.

Do you know if GTA5 even supports HDR and has received a PS 4 Pro Patch ? You need to research more Khurana. HDR works simultaneously on TV - Menu brightness of HDR what you showed is just the levels when HDR is kicked in. The only support PS4 Pro gives to GTA5 is via boost mode in FPS. Switching off HDR or On by you would not making difference unless Developers support it. The game is running Non HDR because it does not supports it. TLOU / GOW supports HDR , Play that and try to do more research before sharing information on your content. Hope this helps you.

true..and nowadays HDR has just become marketing gimmick for many budget 4k tv...this TV's max brightness is 350nits only..to enjoy HDR content tv should at least have minimum 600nits brightness
