As a 49er fan, I don’t put all the blame on Deebo, I play sports I’ve been a captain on several teams, The “C” decision is made from the team Not the coach. I believe we have a total of 16 players injured just that it’s frustrating. Of course you want to go above and beyond to help your team during the game but when everything goes wrong all three sides of the ball it’s a different level. You feel so many emotions that you don’t want to talk to anyone including yourself at times. I’m sure he spoke to his teammates sometimes it has to stay between the team. The media will always exaggerate because that’s how they make their $ that’s how they sale their “news” 16 players down it’s really hard to go all the way. We still have 6 games left 🤞🏽 wish all the injured a very speedy recovery cuz we need ya’ll.
1st thanks for bringing this to our attention, 2nd being a FAITHFUL for over 40 years and seeing OUR TEAM going through this AGAIN, I can say that WE ARE SPOILED and EXPECT BETTER, I know he deserves it and was voted as one of many captains 3rd he was sick and hasn't played like we know but this last loss was ATROCIOUS & EMBARASSING We move on and don't look at what people want because of a loss....end of season heads might roll off the chopping block.
He's not the only one with a C on his chest that's not playing well they all need to step up and play better and just to let you know that the C that they wear is not not for their play on the field it's also for leadership and apparently his team mates feels like he is a leader so who cares you or anyone else to judge what goes on in their locker room .

most of these fans are soft as snowflakes. have a team with a coach and org that's either been in the superbowl or the championship game over the last decade. If you think about it it's only been 2 teams that have been consistently in the superbowl or the title game and that's KC and SF. realize just how spoiled SF fans are when you stop to think about all the teams that never made it that far from Detroit to Baltimore , Minnesota AZ, Dallas the list goes on and on. SF and KC have had the thing locked of for over a decade to the point the last thing people want to see is either one of those teams at that level again. the fact they actually miss a playoff for the first time in a decade is amazing

Everyone is having a tough year. Aiyuk is out for the year, CMC just came back from the IR, Kittle and Jennings are playing hurt, O line has some holes in it at C and RT. And Deebo has been playing hurt and the pressure for him to step up his game because of injuries has probably affected his game. Last year everyone was cheering his name and this year they want him gone. Cold world out there kids grab your coats. At the end of the day this whole team is suckin and it’s not just Deebo. They all need to take a look in the mirror and check themselves. Play with some pride and a sense of urgency. Yeah he dropped 2 passes and its been a tough season but that "C" on his uniform is giving to him by the other players in the locker room that respect deebo and goes out and does everything he can to win....in every passed season he has done what was asked of him and probably more. On the one hand, yeah - I didn't like his attitude and altercation with Moody and Pepper. As a Captain you're supposed to be motivational and inspiring and energizing, not critical and striking your teammates. And especially when he's been dropping balls, etc. and making his own errors on the field. On the other hand, at this point we need Deebo and we need him with a clear head. His mis-catches I think were mental, not physical. HE needs to "lock in." And I don't think having him worry about people being critical of him is helping him get his head in the right head-space (just like I didn't think that harping on Moody helped him get his head in the right head-space). So, while I'm critical of Deebo, I don't think making a big deal about it is helpful at this time when we need him to get his mind healthy, and not be distracted by questioning and challenging his performance and team leadership. It's more important to unify than to criticize at this moment. He (and we as 49er faithful that want a successful season) are better served with giving him support right now, rather then criticizing him. Emotionally, I also wanted to strip his C badge after the altercation; that was dumb and not Captain-like. But that's my emotion, not wisdom. There'll be ample time to be critical later. Right now, unification and support is needed.

most of these fans are soft as snowflakes. have a team with a coach and org that's either been in the superbowl or the championship game over the last decade. If you think about it it's only been 2 teams that have been consistently in the superbowl or the title game and that's KC and SF. realize just how spoiled SF fans are when you stop to think about all the teams that never made it that far from Detroit to Baltimore , Minnesota AZ, Dallas the list goes on and on. SF and KC have had the thing locked of for over a decade to the point the last thing people want to see is either one of those teams at that level again. the fact they actually miss a playoff for the first time in a decade is amazing

If you spend your money on the team by paying for tickets or whatnot, you can always stop doing that and divest yourself from the team, but they don't owe you anything.
Everyone is having a tough year. Aiyuk is out for the year, CMC just came back from the IR, Kittle and Jennings are playing hurt, O line has some holes in it at C and RT. And Deebo has been playing hurt and the pressure for him to step up his game because of injuries has probably affected his game. Last year everyone was cheering his name and this year they want him gone. Cold world out there kids grab your coats. At the end of the day this whole team is suckin and it’s not just Deebo. They all need to take a look in the mirror and check themselves. Play with some pride and a sense of urgency. On the one hand, yeah - I didn't like his attitude and altercation with Moody and Pepper. As a Captain you're supposed to be motivational and inspiring and energizing, not critical and striking your teammates. And especially when he's been dropping balls, etc. and making his own errors on the field. On the other hand, at this point we need Deebo and we need him with a clear head. His mis-catches I think were mental, not physical. HE needs to "lock in." And I don't think having him worry about people being critical of him is helping him get his head in the right head-space (just like I didn't think that harping on Moody helped him get his head in the right head-space). So, while I'm critical of Deebo, I don't think making a big deal about it is helpful at this time when we need him to get his mind healthy, and not be distracted by questioning and challenging his performance and team leadership. It's more important to unify than to criticize at this moment. He (and we as 49er faithful that want a successful season) are better served with giving him support right now, rather then criticizing him. Emotionally, I also wanted to strip his C badge after the altercation; that was dumb and not Captain-like. But that's my emotion, not wisdom. There'll be ample time to be critical later. Right now, unification and support is needed.
