Faruk Sokolovic Just dont include the alcohol or bacon. I have recreated many of their recipes without the use of bacon and alcohol and it all worked out well.
So for the bacon, I get Halal turkey bacon or halal beef bacon or some times dont add it at all. When it comes to a recipe that uses pork as the main protein, I substitute it with either beef or chicken. As for alcohol, if some of their recipes uses a mix of alcohol and stock, i just use all stock, chicken stock that is.

It seems like SORTEDfood makes cooking more fun. Literally. Every time I cook something that takes a lot of chopping I set up my laptop behind the chopping board so I can watch you guys as I cook. I was making creamy broth fish soup as I was watching this video. (I´m a slow chopper so I ended up watching a whole bunch of other sorted videos aswell :D )
My favorite cereal is a hot cereal, cinnamon roll porridge. Using rolled oats, plenty of cinnamon, pecans and raisins in the pot, you cook the oats in whole milk according to directions. Off-heat, you lightly sweeten with whatever's hand, whether it's caster sugar, brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup, the top with a knob of room-temperature butter. As the butter melts, it opens up the cinnamon, releasing the scent, and making your porridge taste surprisingly like a cinnamon roll on your spoon.
