Unfortunately that won't be true.. you have no idea how many people watch western non vegan channels and even carnivore ones and get inspired thinking meat is a necessity.. they don't even know that our gut microbiome is pretty different from the people in the western countries as they rely solely on meat.. occasional tits and bits of plants in the form of processed carbs (some supposedly non vegan do eat a piece or two of a fruit or a vegetable..but nothing major) is all they eat.. our microbiome prefers a Fibre rich diet ...

They think.. plant based diet isnt complete (well no diet really is.. there are so many non vegan americsn parents who give vitamin d3 supplements to their kids.. they do ...forgetting the fact that they're on a so called balanced meaty diet..) and that you have to be on a ton of supplements.. I don't really any need for a supplement except for b12 and d3(derived from lichens.. I would recommend zoncovit.. that's what I've started taking.. during this pandemic)
