- Here I share 10 tips that I have found essential in growing in my understanding of the Bible through 15 years of study. I pray something here will help you as well!

Which bible do u use ??
Rebecca Z. In which I understand why you do prefer this preference but to be fair, the only undiluted Word is from Him himself, or from the scrolls themselves, but the Lord does not presume to be forceful towards our preference of the Word in its publication alone, but yet He will use what He knows, correlates with our own selves individually, as long as we receive the entirety, or it has not been continuously reimprovised to shaken the understanding and knowledge of what His message is to that of our own interpretation by way of intellect of what word we want to use to make it fit the way we want to fit it, which again, He himself let's you know and understand, and chooses to reveal by grace, not our interpretations but concerning the kjv, He knows this works for me when I am studying how He knows that I pay and take notice to great one word detail of things, so He uses this to help me receive another concept of understanding as to what was happening spiritually in the Word and not just what was happening with man in the world. But I also would not recommend more of the latter revised republishing, reading the intros alone does not take of a good credit to my spirit because the devil uses man to creep his way in for he was cursed to his belly and can't stand on his own, and the latter I notice, uses too many modifications according to their belief on using whole paragraphs to sumn up the message, and the word chosen to replace, does not coordinate with the message itself and its approach is changed, its a newer age format, I usually don't mind the NIV, NKJV or KJV,

Laney Landis me too. I have just started in my bible study couple of months ago tho not as frequently as I wish. But God has been very gracious and opened up His truth as I go back to His Word. It is so enjoyable time with God. God bless u too as u go back to His words
I just gave my life to Christ November 8th and was baptized. How my life has changed. I read and study and cannot wait for Wednesday night prayer study and church on Sunday. I love listening to you.

His word is our daily bread! I dont see how people can just go to church once a week and thats the only time they get the word. imagine if you only ate 1 time a week! your body would be weak, tired, and exhausted. thats what happens to believers! they dont feed on Gods word and then they wonder why theyre living from crisis to crisis- weak, tired and exhausted.

11. Use a Journal to share your thoughts and read them back to God
12. Close your Study in Prayer even its by yourself close in prayer because that gives an end to the study
13. Have your Journal with you to meditate day and night for if we meditate on his word weither it be the bible or Journal we are meditating on his word

VERY convicting for me because I'm guilty of NOT studying like I know that I should. The enemy tried to do EVERYTHING to distract me from watching this video fully BUT he lost!

I love the difference you made between reading the Bible and STUDYING the Bible. This is a HUGE difference. Since I have been studying slowing down revelation pours out from the heavens.

This is true I was asked if I wanted to come to the old church building for a Sunday school update on teachers but I wasn’t trying to be full time but teaches were needed so I volunteered it will be a year in December 2023. I study more now then ever it just doesn’t seem like I have enough time to get all of the information across, but today I prayed that God would slow me down and get all the glory.

I just so happened to stumble across your channel today and I'm so glad I did. I gave my heart to Christ when I was 19. However through the years I've allowed myself to lose focus. I'm about 35 years old now and for the most part, starting over on my spiritual journey.
To say the least, I came to work this morning with a heavy heart: struggling to trust God with the details of my life and feeling defeated as a result. I am so glad I found you, Praise the Lord.. I am 74 and retired and for the last year I have tried to study the Bible from 2-5 hours.. I feel I have much more understanding, but was still floundering on how to study to get the most out of knowing the Lord..
I too am retired & in my 70's, not devoted to prayer & Bible study as I thought I would be in retirement. Kim is an inspiration. May we both cling to the Lord and His Word for greater love and revelation and intercession for others. 🙏
I love your channel! I am newish to Christianity... meaning loosely calling myself one since forever ago without really ever becoming one. I am studying scripture now, trying to work in a daily devotional. I studied literature & writing way back in college & I really did not think about applying literary analysis to the Bible. Thank you, so much Kim, for this I needed it as a guidance, to reading the Bible. Want to read it more, but didn't know exactly, where to start or how to learn all their is to learn in their. Keep putting it off and feel bad about it, and asked God please, be patient with me. I love the Lord but since my mom, had passed 6 yrs ago, I fell off with praying in general. Never really blamed God but I prayed, she wouldn't have Cancer and that's what she had, and only had 3 months to get used to , hey, I'm gonna leave you in 3 months, after a lifetime, with my mom. I'm 57 yrs old, she died at 73, dad died, when I was only 11. Had no kid's, siblings, no dad. My best girlfriend was the one who had Cancer 1st, she had 6-12 months, and had no idea, my mom was near death. We were close and together a lot. Lived with her after dad died, until the last 7 yrs of her life. I miss her so much lost about 6 people since then. So it's been rough. I never cursed God or anything, just was disappointed, that he took her from me. I know she didn't want to suffer, she always said that and God granted her that wish. Not but 3 months, and she was gone. I'm glad she's not suffering. Just in the natural she's all I had. Family since funeral, haven't heard from, didn't
think they would be like that toward me, caught up in the world and material thing's and forgot , love your brother as yourself, that isn't going on these day's. Anyway, love your Study session's, and sorry haven't been on here as much as I should. God is 1st and this world is ending not beginning and I want to be on his side, and get closer to him, he's all I really have. Have 1 Real friend and 1 Real cousin, all other's lie and are to themselves. Your more a friend than they are, and I don't even know you like that. I admire your love of God and his word, and all those years, of studying are unbelievable. God bless, just want to say thank you, sis, for your help.

God bless you miss. I've been feeling unfaithful, even though my parents are christian and their parents and so on. But I realize I've been praying to Jesus and God, without taking the time to know who they are. My dad always says "read your Bible", but I didn't think it mattered that much. I think I know now why it's so important. Thank you for this eye-opening video miss. Much thanks from an anxious 21 year old.
