Bro without sthul eye take time long third eye...this way to third opening..when third eye opened then sthul eye not used..but before all used in open third eye...I have take this experience many time.but how to use sthul eye in third eye opening depends to you.. wrong use can't open third eye...
Right way take samadhi in 3 day...
I can proof. But I don't say u r wrong.lot of method for meditation.but lot of method not direct switch third eye and not simple.you should be tell good method for all learner's.method should be direct enlightenment....
