If anyone was wondering, I ordered Thursday the 17th March 2022. And the package arrived today, Wednesday the 30th March 2022. I live in Switzerland and despite the package having obvious damage, none of the items were ruined. After having opened the package, I can confirm that it looked like the videos, heart shaped bubble wrapping, the thank you card, the freebies which include a teddy bear, an eraser a star pin and a Zebra Sarasa MarkON pen (I believe the pen will not be a freebie in the future tho). The shipping price was 18$ which I believe is a fair price considering it has to be shipped from China. Feel free to ask me what I ordered and the price or any questions you have!
Hi i have ordered the product of stationerypal to India on 6/12/2022. Till date I didn't receive the item and they are not responding to any query mails. On tracking the order there no updates after 13/12/22. Really a bad experience from them 😭
You really gotta order at a certain time- like during this current back to school sale they’ve got two discounts one going for 70% off… that’s how you get the shipping down 🤧 I’m planning on ordering next week so yeah I’ll update soon and maybe make a video on it
Thank you for doing this video! It’s pretty much impossible to find a review of stationary pal that isn’t sponsored/collab and I really wanted to find an honest consumer review. I just did an order from stationary pal, and according to the tracker it’s on the way, but I’ve also seen a LOT of reviews of people saying they never received their package, and that the customer service was so terrible and evasive it was impossible to get a refund. So my fingers are crossed! A lot of reviews I’ve seen have also said their package came kinda banged up, and complained that if you do a smaller order it doesn’t come in a box. This was such a nice and simple review that told me exactly what I wanted to know! I would love to see more stationary reviews like this.
I am so so glad that this helped you!. Anytime i looked for reviews on this company i would only find collabs and sponsored vids and it was kinda annoying. It took a good while for me to get my box. I didn't even know that some people never got there orders. I'm crossing my fingers for you too. I will be doing some vids on Jet Pens but i didnt think people would watch it. Thanks for the comment.
I too ordered from Stationery Pal, I just received the package today (23-05-2022) The cost of my order was 53$ and the cost of shipping was 26$ (I live in India). The packaging was bad, it's the box that they usually show, it was a flimsy cardboard box that was damaged to a certain extent, but the contents were alright. There was No bubble wrapping and also, the freebies were just a Zebra Sarasa pen and a Keychain with a Thank you note, nothing more. No teddy bears or other stuff that they show in sponsored videos.
Same here! The price of my order was $49.90 and shipping costed $13.40 (I live near China). Also I just ordered again and wrote a note telling them to maybe wrap it nicely. Hope this time it will arrive better!

The shipping for me is a little crazy, I know I live in the states but I have ordered out of the country before and it was never that expensive. Everything I got I was overall happy with but there is a really big difference from we all got to what they send collabs.

I received a teddy a ducky and a pen, and I purchased a BIG order a few days ago a couple of hundred bucks which is a lot but it’s because I did actually BUY a lot. From my last purchase my family agreed I got a lot considering how little I would get for the same amount LOCALLY lol…so I do believe it’s worth it, so far. Because after reading these comments seeing some people never received theirs it does worry me if i just lucky and the next won’t arrive or it’ll be all banged up like some of the other’s experiences…though to be fair, that’s more on your local postal and not on stationary pal😅 Overall my experience was great so I’m hoping it continues to be so I can justify buying from them again in the future! ^^❤ I’m not all the way done with your video but I’m hoping your experience was good too :]

I ordered march 22nd in nc (its currently april 2nd) and my package has been in Georgia for five days now and hasnt moved the crazy part is I ordered again on the 23rd but they both shipped out at the same time and show the same tracking but usps is only expecting one package so unless they bundled them together and still gave me separate tracking numbers i have no idea where my other package is or why its not moved in almost a full week now

Yeah the shipping to the U.S. was based off of the weight of the box/ how many tems your were getting. It started at 10 dollars no matter how few things I got but we went up from there which the shipping can get expensive. I think my shipping came to somewhere around 20 USD but everything that I got was around 1USD

No problem, this took about 2 in a half 3 weeks from the time I ordered to the time that it was delivered. And I live in the U.S. If you live closer to china it may come a little faster. But if you live in the U.S and want faster shipping try Jet Pens if you already haven't. They pretty much have the same things with options for free shipping.

The dip pen works great. You don’t get variation in lines but like brunch pens would but it still works well.

For the most part I would say it is safe. I haven’t had any funny activity going on with my account. But I believe I also paid through paypal
