I work for the ambulance service and I've always wondered why we differ so much in our history taking - no just between hospital vs pre-hospital but between individual staff members. The vast majority of staff of varying skill levels will have a wide range of different ways of history taking and writing it on a PCR - you can get technicians that can do better paperwork than a paramedic, then you can get some people who don't follow any of this and write a paragraph of random symptoms and examination findings all mixed up with no consistency. While some of this video is irrelevant to pre-hospital medicine, it's given me a lot of insight and will hopefully help me improve my patient report forms.
Hello Arun, thank you so much for the stellar videos on OSCEs. Could you please do a session on intravenous fluid prescribing (like when to add 20 mmol of KCl) in OSCEs?
I normally don't comment on video but I loved this you basically summarise all my comms session into 10 minutes so thanks!!! You mention you have a website where can I find it because I've now been watching all your other video and want to find out more 😅
OMG! I MADE IT!!!!
