Have seen Mac Wiseman many times live in Calgary. One of the first songs I remember from the early 50's was 'Jimmy Brown, the newsboy'. Have loved Mac and his particular twist on Bluegrass ever since! ! !
One of the really great voices of bluegrass music. Saw him in person in 1965 and had the privilege of introducing him. I remember introducing him as the “Rolls Royce of Bluegrass Music”!

We lost Mac this year, 2019, on the 24th of February. Truly a Great. R.I.P. Mac.
We will miss Him!
I've been listening to him all my life...& I'm not young. So glad we have so many ways to listen to this genius.

Yes we lost another great one. I remember when I was I listen to him on WSM GRAND ORPHY. In another ten years all the old singers will be gone.

You were correct the first time. It is a Yamaha. They have a very distinctive pick guard.
