I have market orders that i need to cancel But I think market is disabled and giving me error, that's weird. I remember on the first week I think I sold some gems for extra gold. Is that market worked on 1st week? Is it possible to have something there and now I cannot access it. When I open market it gives me error but If i not click the error I checked everything and I don't have anything for sale. Dont know what to do now Open a ticket or what?
Hello, the ignite server does not have market if I'm not mistaken (only shop which yes indeed is in maintenance or something similar but it shouldn't affect the transfer, unless you bought something from it and it's now in the product inventory) if you have an item placed on market on the legacy server and it's not working then you should wait until it cancels by itself and then just claim the mail. Also you might want to check the product inventory which is the button next to the mail on the left (it's a box with an arrow). If you have items in product inventory it will not let you transfer also. Check at 1:32 if you have any red icons and if not then go to your legacy server and check each character manually to see if you have any mail, product inventory, any auctions, etc...
@@ShiraiGames Thx, I tho I didnt have anything in my main server on market but I doublecheck and I forgot I put on market shards. Cancled it and now all is good. thanks
Hi, yes. Gold, silver and many other things gets reset but they give you a reward in the destination server with 200k bound gold, 50M silver and many other materials such as honing. @@xfirefear3184 yes you keep the gear, and if you hone to 1620 it will also give you the new gear set for T4, so when u gear transfer at the npc you will be 1640 ;)
Hello, I am not sure you can (because I've heard that if you already have a higher roster it will not let you) but if you do that you will overwrite your old roster with the new one, are you sure you want to do that? As you can see at 1:22 on the left side is the new roster that would replace everything on the right (like roster level will go down to 27 from 233, stronghold level would go to level 1 from 70, etc...) I think you should just click on the option that has the green arrows and proceed with the transfer. I hope it helped you understand better :)

I got an issue with the mail. I have no mail to claim in both server but it still says that I need to receive all mails in order to transfer .
check the mail npc for all ignite characters. I had some chaos dungeon drops in one of them that prevented my transfer
