Actually all the door leading out of heavy containment zone have been like that for me, I been stuck here, I get into heavy containment zone from 106 dimension
They are called chapters. Basically the video uploader helps you by showing what part you’re watching. Gate A is the part where he tries to open Gate A There is also 079 where he meets him etc.

Lil late but I think they insure the personnel is level 4 it is level 3 because level 4 card should unlock it.

I know I’m late but you need to turn off the door control system in entrance zone and then go back. When you go back, the door will open

The maps are random
Just go to console in pause menu and type "Teleport room079" and if you need a key card just put "Spawnitem Key6" hope this helped
