The first picture I believe was taken in 2021 and he lost fat subsequently thereafter, and in 2023 he regained a lot of weight and it screwed the hell out of his appearance (looked about the same as 2021, maybe marginally better). Losing weight is probably the ultimate PSL booster as long as your bone structure underneath isn’t giga-recessed.
