I think i know why ABS is not working in your wiring. There are 2 wires with colour Green-Blue and Yellow-Blue that connect to the 250 speedometer which also has parallel connection to ABS unit, ECU, OBD port (and headlight in 390 but not in 250). Quick question - did you take these wires and connect to headlight 2 pins as you show that blue connector in previous video? These must also connect to the speedometer - if not ABS will not work. ABS unit gets some additional information from the speedometer apart from the 2 speed sensors.. i know this because i installed the 390 TFT on my 250 BS6 which already comes with LED headlight and ABS works. On BS4 or older bikes i don't know how the connection is. Or, maybe in 250 BS6 LED HL version, the ECU and ABS unit used is same as 390 and so i did not face any issues and in your case with BS4 or older, the ECU is not same and so the data carried is not same.. good luck though!
