If I have any doubt in any particular topic I'll type the topic, and ur name beside the topic is damn sure!! Like we got the trust that if we listen to ur videos then we r confident in that topic!!
That’s right, supposedly using the same compound you want to achieve it in the same state. You can write it. Just the way it is as long as you follow the rotation order, which 1->2->3 and since you’ve already mentioned LPG that means you probably know the concept of the priority of group according to atomic number, if you look at it, normally, if you want to talk of it in a normal plane without changing it, then you have to follow the rotational order, and since hydrogen is in the horizontal line it will be in the reverse configuration of what it originally is in this case, at least of what you are talking about. It would be in S configuration, but since hydrogen is in horizontal line, its real configuration would be R configuration. Therefore the answer R CONFIGURATION.
The only reason why Sir has written it in that particular way is so that there is no confusion on how the rotation order goes about. In case of our diagram. The way we follow 123. If you just look at it, we are ignoring the fourth one, because for us, that is not existent, so if you ignore the fourth one, and we can’t see the way our order goes while doing the numbering according to LPG. If you look at that is 1423 more likely it would be that order, but since you’re ignoring the fourth position or the LPG numbering our order ends up being 123

at 10:10 the lpg can be in vertical line, we dont have to do that exchange right.
