The area within the Plaza lawton are within the intramuros area ,total makeover of intamuros not just the street but converting it to theme park will make it a must see places and could be a good source of revenue for the govt. At present intamuros area during night time is a dull place and it need a total facelift to make it a place where people will be attracted to spend their time.

I think total redelvelopment of Plaza lawton , para puntahan yan ng maraming tao set up more entertainment center , restaurant , bar and other business related establishment para maging integral part yan ng Rizal park where people can leisurely spent their time put more light and plenty of tress to cool the area.I happen to see it during evening time wala akong nakitang tao probably close sia.Dapat may multilevel parking area. around the vecinity, outdoor cafe and other

I have not seen any trees planted in the area,it will be hot again next year as more buildings, constructions will block the natural flow of air.

@@rommeljuanillo Isolated kc yon lugar ,hindi siya yon major road where you can just drop by,To go there ,eh dapat talaga your intention is to go there and not napadaan lang. Dull kc ang ambiance ng lugar,kukunti ang foot traffic without an establishment ,may it a bar, line of restaurant kagaya sa BGC only few people. will go there. Alam mo sa bandang kabilan side lugar ng dugyot people near the avenida i dont like that place non araw maganda dyan ngayon dugyot, dugyot ang lugar, dugyot ang tao.
