The punching sounds are far too realistic...it sounds so wrong xd
In the Japanese version of the game it had realistic sound effects in the English version it replaced it with bowling echoes you now know.

You know that weird thing when you say a word over and over again and it starts to sound like meaningless noise?

Apparently he's the worst character competitively but I always use him since I'm a casual smash bros player anyways

@@DanielPerez-ws6ts In older games such as Smash Bros Brawl, Melee, and the latter, using an Upward Special Move at the top of the screen at that height will most likely result in a Star KO. It’s happened a lot to me in my early years of playing Super Smash Bros Brawl as Meta Knight.

@ShoeUnited chalk it up to Smash 64 jank. That's impossible in later games, you can't jump above the kill plane, but if you take damage above it, hard as that may be to line up a perfect shot, you'd be KO'd then
