Al Bayt Stadium | FIFA World cup 2022 | Football Stadium

Al Bayt Stadium, often referred to as Al Khor Stadium, is one of the recently finished stadiums that will host the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
Al Bayt Stadium's initial designs were shown in 2014, and work on building it started in late 2015. On November 30, 2021, Qatar and Bahrain played in the first round of group play of the 2021 Arab Cup, marking the stadium's official opening. The tournament's championship game, won by Algeria, was also held there.
The red, white, and black color scheme of the stadium is reminiscent of a Bedouin tent's interior. The stadium's name, bayt al Sha'ar, is derived from these tents. The retractable roof can be opened and closed in 20 minutes.
Al Bayt Stadium can accommodate 60,000 spectators in three tiers. The top tier will be taken out following the World Cup, bringing the total number of seats down to 32,000.
The stadium will host a number of first round group matches during the World Cup, including the opening game, a round of 16 match, a quarterfinal match, and a semifinal match.
