    I enjoy your step by step instructions and great videos! Could you give us an idea on how you price your work? How do you decide when to heat-press and when to screen print? Thanks and keep up the good work!!

      Thank you Michael! I am glad you enjoy these videos. Pricing is a little tricky but I can see what I can do. I screen print when the order is in bulk mainly over 10-20 items. However, if it is custom names or less than 10 is when I choose to heat press.

    What is the best way to cure that neck label? In my setup, I only have a flash and a heatpress

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your flash dryer will cure it perfectly. Back when I started I use to cure all my prints with just a flash!

      That could be a future video idea.. Also another thing I struggle with alot and I don't see any videos online is loading sweatshirts properly onto the pres.. Just another video idea @@baavproductions

      @@lospadres6970 Hmm that would actually be a great video idea, thank you for that! and ouu okay sweatshirts you got it! if i get another sweatshirt order I will definitely try to explain that. However, it is warming up here in Maryland but I will see what I can do! thank you again for the love.

    What if you can’t afford a flash dryer how do you start.
    And how do you start on a budget in general

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      hmm great question! you can cure the inks with a heat gun but I really don't recommend that. Yeah it is a good way to start but it is really ineffective and takes wayyy to long to cure. I highly recommend you saving up to get a flash dryer, you can find one on Ebay for only $135 which is a great starter flash. Actually it is the same exact flash dryer I use till this day and it works like a charm! for 4 plus years this cheap Ebay flash dryer has held up well, with zero issues. It is the 18 x 18 screen printing flash dryer. The only reason I am upgrading to a new flash now is cause it is well overdue and I need a bigger heat element to flash the shirts with bigger prints.
      Heat press is also a great alternative to get your business going! you can earn some nice money and it is a lot easier than screen printing and the prints are good as well, once your demand increases you can use the funds to purchase screen printing equipment.
      Those are two approaches you can take.
      Hope this helps! best of luck!
