I've seen this TAS reuploaded in TASVideosChannel, and it doesn't suffer those visual issues. Also, your comment is the oldest on this video that mentions that issue, around 10 years after the first comments. I believe it's data decay on TH-cam's side. I believe I've seen this kind of happen in other videos, like at around 1:30 on Darude - Sandstorm, on the ceiling of the hallway the two runners just went through. But I don't think I've ever seen it happen to the scale it happened here...
@@antoniojoaquinruizalfonso4232 It's definitely happened to some of my very old videos too where suddenly they appear completely different/glitched in every encode. TH-cam does seem to occasionally re-encode videos from the original file so I guess that sometimes breaks things
