dope video bro. i’m a sri lankan living in london so it’s great to see others appreciate our culture. you spoke surprisingly good tamil too considering how difficult it is even for native speakers. some advice on drastically improving it is jaffna tamil is a bit different to indian tamil. i noticed you speak with an indian accent which i can only describe as more bubbly and jumpy. the jaffna accent is more eloquent and tame, i can only compare it to sounding like a south african doctor accent haha. it’s less jumpy, more straight to the point and sounds almost like a posh british person. perhaps because it’s such an old tongue, it just sounds more intricate and sophisticated. hope that helped lol, but you’re tamil accent would work really well in tamil nadu though!

I had a membership when I was young and we were living in the neighborhood when they burnt this library. It was very unfortunate that this brutal event was planned and executed by a former cabinet minister late Mr. Gamini Dissanayake( A scholar from the Cambridge university). He brought mobs from the south to perform this brutal and unacceptable destruction. He was staying in the nearby hotel when the mobs brought by him were setting fire to the library. The intention was very clear.. the regime in power wanted to distroy the cultural identity and historical evidences of Thamils in this beautiful island.✌️

It appears that the incident of burning the Jaffna Dutch library is being used by the Tamil racists as a cover to cover all their sins.
The immediate cause of that incident is that a group of Tamil rebels killed several policemen who were guarding an election that was to be held at that time. That incident happened as an addition to it. It would be better if it wasn't an accident.
