- Renowned Australian artist Jeffrey Smart is being celebrated by the National Gallery of Australia with a special exhibition to mark one hundred years since his birth.
Smart died in 2013, at the age of 91 after a career spanning 70 years.
But this is no ordinary exhibition, with self-portraits, and paintings of his friends, sitting alongside some of his best-known works.
