- In this video, Jim Roese walks you through the differences of scenes and show files. He also shows how to properly set up a show file and save your work as you build a scene in your show file.
Did you know that if you subscribe to the SoundProLive video channel you can select the video playlist for "Midas #101 with Jim Roese" and find all of the our Midas #101 videos numbered in order in one simple place. Thank you so much for your videos. We are getting a Pro2 at our church soon and your videos are really helping me prepare for when we get it. Thanks again!
Thanks man
I had always wondered why you had to save twice in the Pro series. Now it makes sense since your saving the scene and show file.
I'm still somewhat new to the Pro 2, Ive been on it about 6 times. Can you do a video of setting up the board at a gig, then maybe do a timelaps of the show and then do a post show? It could just be a start to finish video. I am learning a lot from watching your videos. Thanks for all the great info
Mr. Roese, Would you consider doing a video on how to properly use the matrix mixer under the effects? I'm a bit confused as it shows inputs, and outputs. Wondering how to use this properly.
Been watching your videos last week or so in preparation for delivery of my Pro2c, I am a lot nervous about taking delivery on Thursday and going right to work on Friday with this console. Is there anyway I could get a show file to give me a head start?
Hey Jim, I am using the MIDAS Pro2c I want to patch the effects to the input then out to the output.
How many scenes can the board save and are they recallable by MIDI Program Change commands? THANKS
I do store a scene and I also save the show (red "save" tab gets away) but I still get the "Not saved" status with red letters....could this be a big of the desk? Midas pro2 ...
