My husband has irritable bowel syndrome and divaticulitis and has had lots of pain and discomfort for years... now he has the Apple Cidar Vinegar, teaspoon of crushed garlic, tumeric, and drinks it... he has had so much relief, settled gut, no pain, can eat more foods without irritation... i think its a winner!! .... yes, it seems that they have forgotten how to cook steak in restaurants these days!!

We had rain in San Diego too here in Southern California and the Santa Ana winds just came through as well. It's been in the low 30's overnight so my cat has slept glued to my bodyheat and the pudgy elderly dog we rescued is loving his longjohn pajamas and sweater. So spoiled.😄

I have decorated already for Christmas, i bought a small 4 ft tree, because i really didn't feel like pulling out my big tree and all of my Christmas decorations, too much for me this year.I did decorate the outside as well and I'm done for this year. We ordered our lounge months ago (got rid of leather and going back to fabric) was promised 'definitely here before Christmas' so we have advertised and sold our older leather lounge, at the moment we are sitting on camping chairs, and latest upday... it will 'probably' be here before Christmas!!! The Christmas Wreaths this year are fabulous at Tesco. I just brought home another one for my hallway. It has sprayed gold leaves with berries and can be left up for the whole year. I realise that a gorgeous wreath can replace a tree if you are not doing one this year
I’m with you on the straighteners Nisha…..I look like I have half the hair I’ve actually got when I leave hairdressers cos they dry it straight then use straighteners too. I sometimes tell them to not use them😮. Such a bummer about your sofas, hope you get it all sorted out ok sweetie😊❤xx

Nisha, always drink ACV thru a straw….i drink it every day….thru a straw and brush my teeth 30 mins later…..dentists recommend brushing 30 mins after drinking ❤️
Hi Nisha, I can relate to your sofa problems as we also ordered a leather recliner love seat and chair which cost over $10,000. We ordered from Lazyboy which is a reputable furniture store in US and Canada. Once received we were so disappointed in both items. The leather was perfect but they are so uncomfortable especially in the lumbar area that it is difficult to sit without placing pillows to help pad the problem. The chair had a mechanical issue as well so we called Lazyboy and they sent out a technician who said there is nothing wrong and there was nothing they would/could do. We are now in the market for new furniture but I do not want to buy anything new because I am afraid the same thing will happen. We had our living room sofa made to order and when it was delivered the back was too upright so they took it away and adjusted it. We may have to go that route again and hope everything turns out. Quality,craftsmanship and service seem to be a thing of the past. I am shocked when I hear someone has purchased a sofa online from just a photo as I can’t imagine what they would end up with. From Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦.😅

Thats terrible Nisha , not only do you want your money back but compensation not having anywhere to sit at christmas !! I found Stockers the best place to buy sofas , dont trust the rest but have heard Furniture village ok . I cant understand people going out for a meal looking like they are going to a gym in sports wear of stuff I would clean the house in either ! xx

Sorry to hear about your sofa, we had exactly the same thing happen with a bed. The one in the show room was comfortable and soft, the one we got is rock hard with a big lump in the middle. It’s infuriating! Bridget

So sorry about the problems with your sofas. I ordered mine online a few years ago and it was nerve wracking. Of course the style I wanted didn't have fabric swatches I could order only online photos of them. The company was highly rated and they did have beautiful items I couldn't find anywhere else. I wanted the frame to be real wood because even some more expensive ones I looked at did not have a wood frame and some actually have cardboard inside. 🤦♀️ I ended up loving the sofa and the fabric but it could have easily gone wrong. I don't think I will ever buy a sofa online again. I hope you get your money back quickly and find something you love.❤ I take apple cider vinegar and ginger whenever I have digestive problems. It really helps.
What a shame about your sofas! I bought a recliner chair leather expensive yrs ago it was so uncomfortable I got rid of it a few months later & bought a Sherborne recliner it's heavenly. Paul and his gadgets 😂 your tiara is beautiful maybe one day if you have a granddaughter you could give it to her 👸❤

Nisha, I totally agree with you about going out and looking nice and making an effort to look nice. So many don't do this anymore and take casual wear to the ridiculously low level. Tell Paul the weather in TX does get warmer here and the TX couple had the right idea. I've resorted to drinking my wine in an insulated goblet that even has an optional slide open lid. We had over 60 days over 100 degrees this summer. This is a necessity living in TX!

If you take pictures of the damage and a photo and contact your bank, they will arrange a chargeback on your debit or credit card. You will likely be given a full refund. The bank normally arranges a full refund immediately but you would keep the sofas for the dispute period the sofa company gets of 28 days to argue it out. Good luck
Yes, Nisha, one of my bloggers from America also made a refund through a bank. She called the bank and they gave her a refund immediately, and then the store came and picked up the item they refused.❤❤❤❤хххх

Or are they imported from a place where the labor is cheaper and just labeled differently. We can't get much of anything close to quality craftsmanship in the U.S. anymore.

Since you’ll have to wait for new furniture-look into a cheap second hand sofa for a bit. Or the rental.
Totally agree about people not dressing up for restaurants….you will definitely get a refund for your sofas and so smart to have taken photos upon their arrival while the delivery men were there.

Oh so annoying with the sofa. I bought 2 in the summer they wasnt super expensive but iv had the " engineer " sent out 3 times, that had to refill the seat twice last time i said i wasnt happy and wanted a replacement, the guy said he put a report in 4 months later i havnt heard a word. Thease companys arnt what they used to be andvtrying to speak to a actual human on the phone is nearly impossible. Good luck with your complaint xxx
John Lewis are usually very reliable, have loads of styles & different leathers etc. We get most furniture from them.
Sofa's are really difficult. Kind of like buying a mattress. It's really hit or miss...mostly missed. So sorry Nisha.
I am sorry I was MIA. I have been having such horrible problems with TH-cam, on all devices. Of course I am technology disabled 😂 I don't know if you've ever done this. . . I would work on it a little bit, not fix it, get very frustrated, and give up on it for a couple of days!😢

We got our leather sofas from G Plan in 2019 and they were pefect and they still are. But they were more expensive then most sofa's but well worth it.

Nisha, I just had the same experience but with a dining table and an entry console. Had to send them back to be repaired, even though they were brand new. And I bought the furniture at an upper scale store. So go figure. I went without a table for 2 weeks. It was very upsetting to say the least!! Best of luck finding a sofa you like.

A similar thing happened to me with a sofa. I think the reason they feel differently in the showroom is because they get so must use there. They get broken in because people are trying them out day in and day out. As far as all the other imperfections it had, that is absolutely unacceptable! I believe quality control is becoming a thing of the past unfortunately. 😏 Hope you get it all sorted out.
I lovvvve Pauls gadget lol. I think we damage our hair when we use straighteners. Ive stopped doing it as much and try to use just my blowdryer to get similar results. Yes, im sure thats bad too but im going to be blowdrying it anyway so now i try to utilize it better. Hope you get the furniture situated B4 christmas❤❤❤

Sorry about your furniture! Ive had the same happen! First i was going to have major back surgery and was told to go get a expensive recliner ahead of the surgery. It was great in the store, but after my surgery the metal in my back made it impossible to sit in! I am housebound, so i sent my sister to find a straight back chair for me. She brought me the fabric samples to pick out. I waited nearly 5 months for it and matching ottomon! It had defects but i kept it. Not so comfy and after a few months it is already showing wear! It is the most expensive furniture i have ever had! I ordered special cushions for lumbar and seat to put in it (more money $160) still not great! Use the ottomon as my cats place next to me! So i get being disappointed after waiting! I have to lay in my expensive bed that i am not able to use the remotes to (for raising & lowering), cuz it hurts my back as well! I spent over $2500 on it! Good luck with your replacement! I cant even get out to find something now! Your videos always help me escape my world for a while! I love you, Paul and Louie!❤❤

If sofas are not up to standard and are also damaged you are entitled to a refund under consumer act. Any difficulties contact your local advice centre or even better trading standards who will advise you. Good luck

How disappointing to wait for furniture and it’s defective. I always say things happen for a reason and I think the next furniture you get, you will love more than that other one once it’s in your house. In have to say I watch every video you do and you make me smile and laugh. You are so sweet and you and Paul are adorable together.

Nisha I have found any acidulated water either with lemon or vinegar is too harsh for my gut and causes me to have pain and discomfort! I actually use a ‘base powder’ given to me when I spent time at Mayrlife in Austria. Mayrlife is an award winning Medical health Spa in Austria. They specialize in gut health. They also put me through IGG blood tests to determine what my food intolerances are. It was an incredibly eye opening experience. I stayed for 2 weeks and never felt better! All of their medicines are non pharmaceutical yet the staff are Medical Doctors who believe in ‘Alternative Medicine “. I would highly recommend it Nisha! They do have a clinic in London I believe where you can also be treated. Xoxo 😘 Deb

What a ridiculous load of red tape to go through to have faulty furniture refunded. I'm sounding really old but things were so much simpler years ago.
We went through similar with a brand new oven, ended up paying an extra $200 (we're in New Zealand) to have an appliance that was under a year old replaced.... after we'd allowed them to repair it once.
We were furious and will never buy that brand again.... Fisher and Paykel/Haier if anyone wants to know 😅
We have expensive leather recliners - two chairs and a sofa and I find them total rubbish! For me they're not at all comfortable - zero back support if sat on for more than about ten minutes. I spend most of the time sitting on a £250 "accent" chair I bought from Next. Nothing you buy these days seems to arrive in perfect condition and customer care is woeful. Everything in this country feels 'broken' right now doesn't it?

I went thru the same lounge scenario... the one I sat on in the showroom was so soft & comfy but the one I had delivered was hard and so uncomfortable... we got it replaced with another.... it was exactly the same... so I've just put up with it.... but it was very disappointing.... Another Australian follower here too…bought a very expensive corner suite with 2 recliners. Terribly hard, not enough padding on recliner leg support etc. Received money back in compensation but now stuck with a suite we dislike😢

What a palaver with the sofas. Double whammy being so close to Christmas too. We once bought a bed and it was like stone. Like you, the one in the store was softer. I think the furniture must get softened up by all the people sitting on them. As for Italian furniture - no! Have never come across anything comfy in Italy 🤣 We too have noticed, here in the USA, that the service and quality of food has gone way downhill over the past three years. Everything in the past three years has gone down hill, which is so sad. I do miss M & S though 😊 Fingers crossed you have a great result with getting the furniture you want.

Sorry to see you so ‘down’ in the dumps. Shame on the furniture company for making you wait to resolve such a catastrophe! You deserved a refund immediately with all those issues in brand new furniture. Customer service from some companies seems to disappear after they have your money.
I hope your refund finds its way to you soon. You deserve a nice comfy new place to sit and relax with a glass of wine (or water with ACV!) I love seeing you walk with your doggy. Hi Nisha, I also have bloating and feel apple cider vinegar has helped enormously with that problem. The only problem is, I believe it’s playing havoc on the enamel of my teeth. I brush my teeth every time I drink the vinegar. I hope it helps to keep the acidity off my teeth because I really think the vinegar is so beneficial for the stomach.

So sorry this has happened to you. The furniture store should let you use the sofas you tested on their floor until this is settled. In the US some stores will give you furniture to use until the order is delivered so you aren't left with an empty room. You are a lifelong customer and should be treated with more respect. Hope this gets settled soon.

You were so much like me as far as getting dressed, whether you go out or not always putting on make up making sure your hair is always done! And I love getting dressed, even if I am not going out. Disappointing on how people go out especially what I see when I work in a retail store! They look like they rolled out of bed, did not come in the hair or wash their face never ever did I think this would happen in the past 15 years! Disappointing on your furniture, but it will all be taken care of these problems may seem huge at the time, but in time they are small compared to other problems that we could have so keep the faith and stay strong! You must check you statutory rights. If something is faulty you donnot have to accept an exchange. You can demand a full refund. This is such a bummer happening just before Christmas. They should come and collect it within a week giving you the option to shop somewhere else. You could have family coming from abroad to spend Christmas with you. They could have air travel booked. They would have nothing to sit on. Maybe you are entitled to compensation for spoiling your Christmas which you will be spending without a tree this year. Check it out

I really did enjoy this video….i don’t blame you about the sofa. You know ….it is like that here in the USA too. It’s like no one cares anymore…service is unprofessional, and people just are not like they used to be…no morals, no caring if you are happy with your purchases….they stand at the store while we have to check ourselves out at the registers….people are much more rude, and lazy anymore….i understand everything you were talking about… oh,,,,,i liked Paul’s gadget❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
