Hua Hin Pier Market or Saphan Pla Market is not very far from the Hilton Hotel and Soi Bintabaht Walking Street Hua Hin. Saphan Pla, the main fishing pier in the centre of town transforms into a night market every weekend (Fri to Sunday). Market stalls line the length of one side of the pier with smiling stall holders cooking fresh morsels.
