My favorite Ezekiel bread! Yes to keeping it in the freezer and thaw it out or toast it to thaw in the toaster.
The Rueben casseroles are really good. Deconstructed cabbage rolls. Big Mac salads are another. The ingredients are pretty obvious. I broke down and bought some mini casserole dishes and throw some of the lower carb stuff in those and bake them all at once. Pull one out for lunch or dinner. Reheat in the instant pot or air fryer.

Dollar tree that has fridges has the oh snap pickles $1.25 a package. Nikki Gets Fit did the rubber in a bowl.
The flat bread Make scraped thin crust pizza I put it in the oven to crisp it up just a bit bring it out put your sauce and toppings on put Is back in it's so good and not very many calories

It's always so interesting to watch other people's grocery hauls 🙂 If you have a Trader Joe's around you should try their veggie fried rice it's so much better than the other frozen rice brands. We just moved and there isn't a TJ's anywhere near us-which is just so sad lol.

Better than bouillon makes vegetarian chicken and beef broth bases! They’re great and I’ve even done a super basic chicken broth and orzo when sick using it.
Walmart carries the same salad in their brand. Everything Bagel!

I order my glasses at eyebuydirect. I can't afford a lot and so that site helps me out hugely, and I have "quite" the prescription as well; never had issues. The measurements are on every pair, and it comes in XS, S, M, L. I have a tiny face so almost a child's size. If you have a good fitting pair, you can measure that and go by that; it's what I did. Oh, the CEO is a (Chinese) woman, and I love that if you buy a pair that they donate one to someone in need.

Fun haul! Wish we had an Aldi near us. Note that the sign for the bathroom is missing the a... "Start each day with grateful heart" :) The brain automatically fills it in when you read it so probably no one will notice!
The Better than Bouillon veggie base is awesome! As a vegetarian I use it in so many things.
I cannot stand the Mary’s Gone Crackers crackers. I’ve tried many of the flavors and they all have the texture and flavor of what I imagine cardboard would taste like. I’m gluten free so my choices are limited but these are NOT it.

Ezekiel bread is better toasted with a little salt. Otherwise it tastes like it’s missing something. (Probably sugar and salt) It’s also better as buttered toast than as a sandwich

The key to making street corn at home is to use fresh corn off the cob, not canned! I make it all the time in the summer. Just cut off the kernels and sauté/char with jalapeños and then mix with Mayo, fresh lime, cilantro and cojita cheese and top with chili powder! It’s amazing

A very delicious salad I like is spring mix, sliced green onion, sliced strawberries and diced feta with a strawberry vinegrette dressing. I have also used blueberries or even pomegranate. Toasted walnuts or pecans are a nice addition too.
I love this video . I love the kraut- they are all delicious. But know they are a natural fermented product- there is an air valve on the bag - which is why you can smell it. Without the valve the gas would build up in the bag . So be careful if you seal it in something else . Happy new year!
Great haul that kraut is soooo good. So I have a son who is pescatarian and we order our seafood from Ocean Box it is quality seafood with a nice variety to choose from I find the prices very affordable for the quality and they pack it well. The Branzino and Artic Char is amazing highly recommend. Your pups are so stinkin cute Murphy's facial expressions are priceless sometimes❤️
If you have kids or pets, everything in your house will get stained at some point. I’ve given up on the carpet. Between cat puke and the dog salivating as he eats the treats from his Kong or his bully sticks, they win. 😂

Hey, I need to do an Aldi haul. They have the best items for my charcuterie board for New Years Eve!
That 2% Fairview milk is delish. I’m lactose intolerant and I tried this milk because it happened to be on sale one day. I love to have some with my breakfast because I can get all the protein I need in just one serving and then a bagel or something. It tastes so much better than the store brand lactose free milk. Our store brand seems really watery but the Fairview tastes more like something with more fat. You also can’t beat the protein. Highly recommend.
I love seeing the "what's new at _" items. My kids really like the power protein wafers.
The Hint water is actually really good. I’ve had that at my friend’s house.

Jen, try "Skyr" yogurt if you can find it. Low calorie (less than Greek, which is high) and very high in protein. It is a Danish strand of yogurt if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, a Scandinavian strand. We have it in our Aldi & Lidl, since about this year, I think. I live in Belgium, EU.
We have that here in some of our local markets. I really like the consistency. I'm in North Carolina.

I've never had feta crumbles (i'm not from the US) but I suppose it has a lot more ingredients than the block.
Oh my gosh that is a lot of food! It would take my family a month to eat that food! You are gonna have to get rid of that snack word to lose weight!
There are snacks and there are snacks. Jen and family have busy schedules many days. Know Jen works through lunch many days and have a late dinner due to schedules. Her snacks are healthy. She is not on the sofa with bon-bons, cake and ice cream, or a bag of candy. I do agree a person needs to get rid of some of their words since they have no clue as what they are talking about and they are rude. Please be kind and a cheerleader.

Big grocery hauls are Jens bread and butter on her channel. You have to realize she is a TH-camr and is aesthetically pleasing to her core audience to have an extensive grocery haul including snacks and all the new things, even she is trying to lose weight. Yes that’s a lot of food but she also has 2 preteens that are good eaters. I wish my 13 year old had their pallets.
@@terathompson9506 Hi Tera. You are spot on. Jen is a wonderful cook. Have tried many of her recipes. She cooks so many meals from scratch and balances them well with fruits and veggies which her family loves. Love her cookbook and setting up the pantry to have basic items on hand to cook a meal. She has so many high protein snacks she prepares as well.
