- Where do you see yourself in the next five years? अगले 5 वर्षों में आप खुद को कहां देखते हैं? This is a common interview question to which the right answers are explained in this video. You will see 3 sample answers to this question with the full text displayed to you in English and then explained in Hindi. As a result you would be prepared to answer the question about where you would be after 5 years from now easily.
Job interviews can be tricky and specially when the question is open ended like where would you be in 3 or 5 years. Hence it is important to understand why this question is being asked. Sample Answer #1:
Right now I would like to continue to develop my skills in this area, which is why I’m looking forward to the opportunity to work with your company. In five years, I would want to enhance my skills and deliver enough results to the company. This would hopefully help me grow as a supervisor / manager with a team of my own, whom I can groom.
Sample Answer #2:
I noticed that your company has a good work culture and invests heavily in training its young employees. I would love to learn and grow myself with these initiatives. This I believe would give me a strong footing for my career and in five years I would aim to grow into a role where I can lead a business vertical or strategy for a key area within the company.
Sample Answer #3:
I am excited about the space in which our company is operating and I look forward to growing myself along with the company. I do not start anything with a fixed time horizon in mind, so the intent is always to do it for a long long time. In 5 years, hopefully I would be a valuable colleague to you and be a part of the growth story of this company.
