This game has a very clever plotline. Irving is a protagonist and during the finale of the game, his role shifted into an antagonist. I'm not sure how to categorize him, but what he did is to save Filgaia.
His betrayal, and his financing of Odessa in unforgivable with all the lives that were lost directly because of it BUT his actions did bring the world together to stop both the encroaching dimension AND lord Blazer exactly like he planned. He’s a vilain protagonist.
3:16 damn, Irving and Altecia, the heroes who sacrificed their lives in order to save the world. Made me tear up a little bit. Such a fantastic song, even if I only know a little bit of Japanese and can only pick out some words here and there.
Both happened in different times at best, Brad's friend/superior did frame him for his own atrocities but that was back 5 years ago. As for Lilka, I wouldn't even call that love, just some teenage crush. Both got far better by the end.
@@sharilshahed6106 I agree. Lilka's only 14 or so, so she's not only too young for it, she's got plenty of time to find someone for her. And, having, and dealing with, an unrequited crush is part of growing up. And she does grow tremendously during the story. Brad, as well, finally has a peaceful home he can take care of. It may not have been the one he was originally trying to save, but this one is his. Of all of them, I'd say Kanon is the most tragic. Her sacrifices turned out to be mostly unnecessary, and driven by a misguided obsession with bloodline, rather than a true need. In a way, she is a "what if" version of Tim, if his mother hadn't rebelled at the thought of sacrificing him and fled the village, but had instead groomed him as the offering.
Ofcourse none of the others can compare to 2 with the exception 5 and thats just because of the many cameo's of different items from the others parts of the series.
@mcbowser You got me there. Its not that I dislike Wildarms 3 it's just that it reminded me to much of 1 and 2 to be its own game. Sadly its later on that I learn that the Wild Arms series seem to be alt realties to each other due to some emails sent to the game makers themselves. So I shouldn't be disappointed that the games we somewhat the same. Though saying Wild Arms 3 was without its own would be wrong. After all i happen to be a big fan of Clive and Jet. So once again Im sorry.
My very first PSX RPG, felt like I finished watching a season of an anime when this rolled. So good..

Lilka still cute as ever!

I cried on this scene in the game today
@@nirundhomsuwan6679 it's definitely a sad moment.
i miss them❤❤❤
i always feel sorry for lilka and brad. lilka lose his feeling and has unrequited love, while brad was persecuted by his own friends.

@@sharilshahed6106 She's still a better girl than Marina.

Irving was such a manipulative bastard, but you still miss him when he's gone.
This my favorite Wild Arms game
ワイルドアームズで2ndイグニッションだけ唯一クリア出来なかったな。最後のダンジョンの謎解きが1箇所分からなくてクリア出来なかった。

最後的結局就是這樣,曲終人散,曲始人聚。
❤
thanks.
WOW, I was here 11 years ago.
アルテイシアの気持ちアーヴィングは気付いていたのだろうか?最後に救われない兄妹だったね
@mcbowser true but only because it also had refs to 1 and 2 hidden in it.
