Hi Shin! This places looks pretty spiffy. I like that the serving trays are not huge, so it would be replenished more often giving people food that is more fresh. Everything looks so clean and tidy. The nigiri has me drooling. Imperial is on my list to try for sure if I ever get lucky enough to go to Vegas! Thank you for showing us this lovely place.

@@ebutuoyebutouy during a typical visit I only get the lobster and sushi and skip the hot food plate but I wanted to show variety for this video. But it was pretty filling and the lobster is only out every 20-30 minutes once the tray is empty so I couldn't get anymore for the 4th plate in the video :)

Thanks so much for doing this video! I know AYCE Lobster is a big thing these days in Vegas. I was personally disappointed with the experience at the Palms AYCE Buffet, aside from the long lines to get in, and there is a long line to get the full lobster and lobster tail. The lobster was small and I had to get back in a long line for another round. They impose a 90 minute time limit so I feel the most a person can enjoy is about 2 or 3 rounds of lobster. On my next Vegas trip, I want to give this place a try as the lobster looks more flavorful.
The lobster buffet at the AYCE was truly excellent the first night they had it. Walked right up, no one knew about it, and I ate so many lobsters that night without any kind of wait. Didn't take long to spread the word. It's crazy every Wednesday now. The lobster at Imperial is really tasty, but also there's nostalgia factor for me with that dish. Thanks for watching!

I recently watched the update from Explore Vegas and I was a little saddened that they got rid of the Cantonese style lobster for the grilled lobsters they have now but I gotta try. I'm still quite fat though lol. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for informing your viewers that the freshest fish is not always the best fish for sushi, and the difference between aged fish and old fish. Just like a quality steak, quality sashimi fish are often cured and aged to perfection before serving - usually 3-7 days. Of course, it must be handled properly to not only tenderize it buy bring out the true flavor. Sushi fish is often salted, vinegared, smoked or cured with Kombu seaweed. I'm a retired sushi chef. I like your shirt, BTW.
I like the fried rice, clam chowder and cream cheese scallop oh and the walnut shrimp here. lol. I prefer lobster from red lobster bc I didn’t grow up eating Chinese version of lobster. lol. Have you been to Cosmo buffet? They have good steam crab. :) But I prefer Wynn because the beef bbq ribs are AMAZING! 😅😋☺️ Thanks for all the fun videos!

You hit a pretty good one with Cosmo already. I'd also say the Palazzo/Venetian have amazing rooms, good views of the strip, and central to everything. Off strip - unless I'm going to film something, I pretty much only eat and play at Southpoint but I've actually never stayed there.
I go there during lunch , I have been for dinner but for the price difference I choose to skip the lobster and fill up on Shrimp cocktail. salmon nigiri , bbq ribs , duck etc. I'm good with 24 bucks for all I can eat shrimp cocktail, and their shrimp cocktail is fairly decent by buffet standards. Agree with you on the ribs...also if the fried chicken is fresh ..its wonderful.
You're so on the money with that one. It's a really great value for lunch. Unfortunately it's a little far for me and I've got a really great all you can eat sushi spot 1 minute from my house so I seldom make it out to Imperial for lunch. Been there at Imperial Seafood Buffet for 4 times already and getting lobster claws is a bummer coz the server just gives only 2 or 3 pieces max per line, they are rationed...No freedom to get huge portions of lobster claws.
I actually saw in a more recent video from my friends at Explore Vegas that ownership has changed in the last month and now they serve tails! And it is a little annoying that you can't serve yourself, but I've done plenty of the, go up and grab a few pieces, put my plate down, and walk right back over to grab another. Yes, funny right? Olden times Sushi chefs used to wrap the fish in seaweed for a day to help dry it out and breakdown the fish but apparently today with new tech some sushi fish is aged for weeks to refine the flavors and make it ultra tender.
It wasn't until recently I learned from Explore Vegas' channel that the location on Sahara has Cantonese lobster certain days and I defintely have to try that place. The other locations (or at least the one I tried long long ago) did not have lobster as an option. I'll post a video on it when I get a chance and let you know what I think. Thanks!
I like your videos and the way you chomp when you take a bite is cute, but .. it doesn't feel like this video is genuine. Seems like the restaurant asked you to say nice things.
Thank you! Restaurant didn't ask me to say anything. I go there pretty regularly because I always have a good meal there. But even then, the tuna could be left out and less tender or the chicken could be greasy as I mention in the video. They're not perfect, but at $40, and all you can eat lobster, it's a good buffet for dinner. Thanks for watching!
Hello! I can't read Chinese, but I'm deducing that this is saying lobster night at the Palms is the better deal and if so, that's an easy agree. But you must get there very early and unfortunately my day job makes it impossible to go out for it. Imperial is open 7 days a week and I never have to wait hours in a line so this place is always on my list of restaurants to go to. It's just easier, but no doubt the Palms AYCE lobster night is the best buffet in Vegas right now. Thanks for watching!
Tried this place. Paid over $40 per (2 adults 2 kids) and was supremely disappointed. No way this place is as good as reviewed or advertised. Lobster claws were yucky and so were the crab legs- if those were crab legs . Nothing tasted fresh. Avoid by any means

This place was a disappointment. Crab leg was and lobster tail cover in goo that makes it hard to eat and taste disgusting. It should be no more then 20 bucks. They charge card convenience fee on top of 50 dollar a person. Look at google negative reviews before you go .
At $40, you can get a decent lobster dinner but it's going to be a tail or two small ones max. It's not bad at all at Imperial to keep smashing lobster all night. But not for everyone. Thanks for watching!
@@VegaswithShin You can't do it all night, they have a time limitation, sometimes there is a line for the lobster, it's not worth the aggravation, and some of those pieces of lobster don't have a lot of meat...
@@rogeeeferrari you're not wrong. You know when the lobster first comes out as you hear EVERYONE getting up to get some. There is definitely a crowd cost that you're not going to deal with getting a great ala carte lobster dinner at a nice restaurant.

Yes, funny right? Olden times Sushi chefs used to wrap the fish in seaweed for a day to help dry it out and breakdown the fish but apparently today with new tech some sushi fish is aged for weeks to refine the flavors and make it ultra tender.
How is this compare to buffet@Asia ? Buffet@Asia is half the price
It wasn't until recently I learned from Explore Vegas' channel that the location on Sahara has Cantonese lobster certain days and I defintely have to try that place. The other locations (or at least the one I tried long long ago) did not have lobster as an option. I'll post a video on it when I get a chance and let you know what I think. Thanks!

Thank you! Restaurant didn't ask me to say anything. I go there pretty regularly because I always have a good meal there. But even then, the tuna could be left out and less tender or the chicken could be greasy as I mention in the video. They're not perfect, but at $40, and all you can eat lobster, it's a good buffet for dinner. Thanks for watching!
9/11週日中午一個人稅前付了$42.99包含龍蝦和蟹腳用餐時間90分鐘不包含飲料,開始拿食物時發現龍蝦被拿光, 等補龍蝦居然要等20分鐘! 結果好不容易等到龍蝦出來只給三小塊龍蝦,重點是其中一塊後來發現居然是蟹不是龍蝦, 根本就是濫竽充數魚目混珠非常不誠實的店家一點誠信也沒有。要拿鮭魚生魚片時, 一位老不休的服務人員態度非常惡劣叫囂的表示：「不會看旁邊的告示嗎？上面寫著一次只能拿三塊鮭魚」而且還只是三塊非常小的鮭魚到底是在三小？請問你們一定要這麼賤嗎？這麼怕客人吃就不要做生意了直接關門就好了，我吃過非常多家buffet 高低價位都有, 但從來沒有吃過一間buffet 限制客人拿生魚片的數量，你們真的需要這麼小氣嗎？這個價位也算是中等價位,但是獲得到的食物和服務卻非常惡劣低端完全不值得這個價錢, 難吃誠心不推薦！非常失望後悔浪費錢和浪費時間!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎祝早日倒閉 不要禍害他人！
要吃龍蝦蟹腳的可以改去我9/14週三吃的Palms AYCE buffet 一個人$64.99 才差$22就可以吃到完整的整隻龍蝦還有處理好的龍蝦尾和蟹腳, 重點是龍蝦供應從來沒有中斷過, 四星級的飯店服務, 附含飲料在內, 多種食物的選擇，甜點好吃冰淇淋必吃, 是我吃過少數最好吃的冰淇淋!但要有心理準備要排隊排很久, 因為非常超值～👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hello! I can't read Chinese, but I'm deducing that this is saying lobster night at the Palms is the better deal and if so, that's an easy agree. But you must get there very early and unfortunately my day job makes it impossible to go out for it. Imperial is open 7 days a week and I never have to wait hours in a line so this place is always on my list of restaurants to go to. It's just easier, but no doubt the Palms AYCE lobster night is the best buffet in Vegas right now. Thanks for watching!

Tried this place. Paid over $40 per (2 adults 2 kids) and was supremely disappointed. No way this place is as good as reviewed or advertised. Lobster claws were yucky and so were the crab legs- if those were crab legs . Nothing tasted fresh. Avoid by any means

I been there 3 times , I give it C- . Sushi is not fresh , but the Losber is good , price is high , drinks not inc. !!

This place was a disappointment. Crab leg was and lobster tail cover in goo that makes it hard to eat and taste disgusting. It should be no more then 20 bucks. They charge card convenience fee on top of 50 dollar a person. Look at google negative reviews before you go .

At $40, you can get a decent lobster dinner but it's going to be a tail or two small ones max. It's not bad at all at Imperial to keep smashing lobster all night. But not for everyone. Thanks for watching!
@@VegaswithShin You can't do it all night, they have a time limitation, sometimes there is a line for the lobster, it's not worth the aggravation, and some of those pieces of lobster don't have a lot of meat...
@@rogeeeferrari you're not wrong. You know when the lobster first comes out as you hear EVERYONE getting up to get some. There is definitely a crowd cost that you're not going to deal with getting a great ala carte lobster dinner at a nice restaurant.
