Political Analyst KS Prasad comments on the AP CID Additional DG Sanjay has provided crucial details regarding the Skill Development Corporation scam. In this case, it has been revealed that an auditor with a long-standing association with the TDP was appointed within the Skill Development Corporation. Sanjay pointed out that the corporation was established solely by Jivo without Cabinet approval, and the proper regulations were not followed during its formation. Furthermore, Ganta Subbarao, a private individual, was entrusted with three significant responsibilities. Sanjay disclosed that out of the total amount of Rs. 241 crores, Rs. 313 crores went directly to a Shell Company, and the remaining Rs. 241 crores were diverted from the Shell Company in various ways. The reason for the diversion of Rs. 241 crores remains unanswered. He also mentioned that Siemens management in Germany has responded to this scam, stating that employees of Siemens India concealed facts from them. Siemens reported that only Rs. 58.8 crores had been received, and this amount was spent on software. However, there is no trace of this software, even though it was supposed to be included in the Rs. 370 crore contract.

It is clear that funds have been mishandled as per prime afficy but now Govt has to prove how they reached CBN/Lokesh/party 👍
Once if proved that funds are misused, the responsibility will be with the person who did it, it's not necessary to find the trail as the diversion itself is done by CBN and Co. and that's been proved in ACB court. More over the TDP lawyers never protested against scam.
