October Multi-Species! (Creek, Pond, River Fishing)

- Hey guys! The fishing was challenging this past week - we had a cold front move in and we also had some rain mixed in. I bounced around to a few spots hoping to catch some fish and multi-species.
The days were very dreary and the bite was slow but I still managed to catch a few fish and I also. caught some multi-species! This time of year you will have some good fishing followed by some bad fishing depending on the weather.
The Fall Trout stocking begins in a couple of weeks so stay tuned for that - that should be a lot of fu trying to catch the big breeder Rainbow Trout! I love targeting the Big Rainbow Trout!
It was a challenging week of fishing this past week but I still caught some fish and I still had fun!

I think that you happened to be fishing during that fall transition that’s why it was tough most likely. It’s unbelievable how much different the nature has changed up north compared to central and south jersey so far.
@FlyezBassing Absolutely brother - I even fished a couple spots where I crushed them last month and it was a totally different story this past week - I really had to work for bites. It happens this time of year especially up north! Im glad that I caught a few! 👍 🎣

I did a lil crabbing today at Seaside Park....only 1 small female!
Not sure why it was so slow!!!!
@robertdubon84 Haha in my latest video that I just uplaoded I definitely slowed my reel down - I had to or that Giant Pickerel would have snapped my line for sure! 💪 🐟 🎣
Nice fishing I noticed you didn’t use Mepps this time out?
@ConeyIsland1952 I did use the Mepps - I used the Orange Mepps #3 at the spot just before the last spot where I caught that Bass. I had a Pickerel miss the Orange Mepps on my 2nd cast. 😉 🎣
