- Some of us tend to forget that Rob THE Edward we all love was brought to us by Kristen. She chose him among 5000 actors and stuck to her choice. Despite everything. Despite some of us, twilight fans, who apparently didn't like him at first.
But most importantly, I think that Rob turned the nervous/self-conscious girl that Kristen was, when he met her, into a strong woman. And I think that Kristen turned the insecure/immature boy that Rob was, when she met him, into a confident man.
I think they're perfect for each other. I don't have a single doubt about it.

I'm going to start crying again! The most romantic couple I have ever seen! I think their love is so powerful because of the truth and honesty of it. This is no fake Hollywood coupling. It's really rare to see and feel the love these two possess.

I've always thought that poor Michael could not have helped but notice the way she looked at Rob and vice versa. He MUST have seen it coming and that had to hurt. I am glad they are together as that love between them certainly made the Twilight series so much better. You could feel and see it on screen. The kind of love they have is so rare and I hope they last forever. Hollywood is a big strain on relationships, but they seem to stay down to earth and focused on each other. Best wishes.

I think alot was learned about how much they truly care for each other after this last summer. Sometimes it takes a mistake to make one realize what is truly important to them and who is the one they just Love. I believe they are and will be closer and stronger then ever. I hope nothing comes between them again. It is not often in life when we are lucky enough to find that one person who completes us. Who loves us unconditionally, who understands us so well. They are so lucky to have found that!

Rob was brought to us by Summit Studios. They're the ones who hired him, issued his contract for Twilight and had been pursuing him for 6 months prior to the time he finally came to LA to audition. They always wanted him. They sent him the script and asked him to come to LA for months before he finally did. He got the job because he was the best actor who auditioned for it. Kristen was lucky he did, because he's the one who sold the tickets to Twilight, not her. No one cared who played Bella. It was all about Edward. Remember FastForwardEdward on the DVD? Because Summit knew what women were paying to see -- just Rob's parts. I'm so tired of this narrative that she chose him. He showed up, he did the best audition and the producers hired him.
As a 17 year old unknown, she had no power to hire anyone. She was along for the ride. He owes her nothing and neither do fans. He got that role on his talent.
What an fool and hater kristen gave the o.k that he should get the part and she was already hired and was a child actress and anericans knew her you are very late and stupio .

He did the best audition, which is why he was hired. It didn't matter what she said. Producers don't throw away a $37 million budget on a whim from an unknown actress. And she had been in a string of flop indies before Twilight, it's not like she was well-known. Most people remembered her as the little boy from Panic Room if they thought of her at all.
