I have found adding the "Add Perpendicular Passes" to also be very helpful with cleaning up the finish when using a ball endmill. It causes the mill head to go up and down the slope instead of just across. Vertigo CNC - I wish I had found your video before I struggled my way through this process! 😆Great video, very well done!
Great and quick explanation. One thing I have been trying to find though is, if moving from inside outwards, the side of the bit is milling quite a thick stock of material, is there a better way to do this like from outside in or is it not an issue?
