    Great simple stretches to help prevent injury, thank you! I would add that some amount of light cardio exercise to raise heart rate before stretching is helpful for the body to warm up.

    These are great, probably for any exercise regimen. Speaking of pickle ball, I wish there was a pickle ball ball with a rubber/foam coating that was not too bouncy but bounced SLIGHTLY higher than the current pickle ball ball. Hate the sound and the fact that the ball barely bounces. Otherwise, a fun game for this oldster.

    I have a question. I live about 10 mins away from where I play. Can I do these warm ups at home and they still be effective and serve a purpose when I get to the courts? Thanks!

      I would love to know this as well. Once you get to the court it's harder to stretch while games are going on and you get excited to play.
