Would be nice if the first demonstration of each element was accompanied by a slow and specific voice over narration for those of who are new to the sport . For example " to begin the Choctaw, push off on the starting edge, at such-and-such point, cross the other foot over..." &tc . It's still hard to tell what's going on just from video.
