One of my favorite songs of all time from my favorite album of all time. I still play this record all the time. There are so many layers to listen to, each time you hear it, you hear something new. It's a masterpiece. It just shows the level of insanity of humanity that this isn't appreciated like it should be.
Completely missed the absolute gem this song was when I originally bought this CD. It took me revisiting it again almost 4 years later to realize it. There were so many good ones on that album. BTW Thanks for posting.
@fawnknudsen why would that ruin anything? i'm sure you're fond of some ideology someone else hates, don't you? open your mind, isn't that the message?
Am I the only one that thinks this song was HUGELY inspired (musically anyways) by The Beatles' "Tomorrow Never Knows". It's practically the same song... musically.
In my opinion, The Information is Beck's masterwork.
It is - quite so.
Need to have the videos running with it though or else hard to figure out.

The best song on The Information, should've been a single. I wish he'd record more stuff like this, it sounds lovely...
god bless beck. he cures depression!
beautiful. I've fallen in love with this artist.
great lyrics, great tunes...love me some Beck
We do like Beck. This co-written number is a pearl. Reminds of Graham's Cat
That's how awesome Beck is. All likes, no dislikes.
Love the bass.
best song of "The information"
beck sos lo mas volve a Argentina te extrañamos loco........
Brilliant song enhanced by the
artistic vision of the bears.
Those bears are genius, but they are too humble.
i totally forgot about this album. what a good one.

I just really can't seem to shake this "growing up" really dragging me down lately.
A true original. Beck is the new late great David Bowie.

all the videos for this album were made using a dirt cheap video mixer off e bay.
