This is dr omprakash deshmukh, Im a pediatrician, excessive milk intake and junk food is the major reason for iron deficiency in childrens.

Very informative.thank u.i want to share something.during my pregnancy my doctor didnt suggest me to take calcium and iron separately n due the combined consumption of both the tablets my blood supply to baby just decreased n for that I had to deliver at 34th week f pregnancy.so I wish ki yeh vdo pehle dalte to sab normal ho jata mera.anyway from this vdo many other moms wl b benefited..

I’m a very much worried mom.. my son is jus 9 months old.. he refuses everything and anything I give him to eat.. like literally I have tried every possible way to feed him.. though in the beginning he used to eat well.. like since he was 7 months he stopped eating.. so I feed him forcefully.. keeps crying.. aur thoda kch khila deti hu.. I did check is iron level.. hb is less.. doctor gave him iron supplement.. but phr b kch nahi khata.. please help me.. bataye main kya kru k wo khane lag jaye 😟 kch khaye toh main usey iron rich food dun na.. khata hee nahi toh kya kru? Very nice and informative video 👌👌. I have a question for you : My baby is eating well, I am giving iron supplements from 6th month and now he is 23 months. My baby is very active in physical activities like park swings and exercises,etc and he is very happy baby. I am giving him orange juice daily. Your symptoms are not present in him but his color is white because his father's color is white and his cheeks are quickly becomes pink if we'll press them. I am satisfied that he has no iron deficiency but some random people sometimes says just because his color is white. What do you think??
