Great explanation! I like doing that trick with logical switches for modes - except I define them referring just to combinations of switch positions, not to channel values at all. Then I assign sounds and channel values to those logical switches as needed, using special functions. That gives me a complete matrix that I can copy from model to model, and easily adjust for different channel number and channel value requirements, say, in Ardupilot. And it makes it easy to change the mode assigned to a given switch position combination down the line, sound and all. There are probably better ways to do it, but I feel this method saves me a bit of time setting up new models. Thanks for the tip, and happy flying!
That's what I just did took all the original switch voice-activated special functions out and made everything logical switch activated.... Because I used the two switches to get 6 flight modes out of one switch like his previous video shows...... GENIUS
I can't see anything for forwarding MAVLINK (needed for ardupilot GCS). There are options to output MSP style stuff via one of the ports... Happy flying
I also want to switch the channel volume to four levels using two types of switches like you. Please give me a detailed explanation focusing on the matter.
I was thinking fart sound for disarm 😂 Be so funny when coming in for a landing after introducing someone to drones for the first time all that hype just ends with a ppppppp! 💩😂
Hi, I recently started gaining interest in RC systems with motors and ESC. I plan to buy an ESC 80A and a brushless motor of 1000kv. In my research, I learned that the 80A of the ESC is the maximum current that the ESC can draw for the motor. I am still confused about the specifications of the brushless motor I plan to buy. The current capacity of the motor I plan to buy is at 12A only, does the current capacity mean that the max capacity of the motor is only 12A? If that's the case, should I go for a lower ESC current level, like a 30A or 40A? I would highly appreciate it if someone would enlighten me about this 🙂 Thank you in advance!
Check out the content on my channel aimed at those starting out. th-cam.com/video/cXULcdX9Kv0/w-d-xo.html would be a good place to start, I hope it helps!
Check out my Quadcopter building for beginners series on the channel, I have a few. Plus, I have a number of larger builds using Ardupilot too... Best of luck

Great great GREAT video...... Made all my voice prompts exactly how I wanted them to be A ++
Thank you Lee. You do a very good job. Easy to understand.
Really interesting indeed! Thanks for the tutorial, Lee! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Awesome thanks Lee
Thanks!
Thank you so much u made my life a little easier 😊
You can also take the flight mode when flight modes are setup to play right from special functions.

hi, is it possible to use EdgeTX compatible radios usb as telemetry output and display plane/copter in ardupilot / qgroundcontrol???

Have you ever had or flown the typhoon h480 or any of th
e Yuneec products ?
I've not, sorry. Happy flying!

Check out my video showing how I set up my radios for INAV, it's in there... best of luck
I am very interested in your videos and content
Mr t voice file please... I pitty the fool who forgets to disarm
