It's an educational show- the 4th wall is broken because interaction with the young audience is required to move the plot along so it dosen't necessarily count
I think you're defining breaking the fourth wall incorrectly. It happens when a character acknowledges the audience that is watching him. It doesn't necessarily mean that such characters automatically become aware that they are fictional. The montage is excellent.

Jay and Silent Bob's 4th wall break is nearly an identical 4th wall break that occurred in Top Secret 17 years before. Nick Rivers : Listen to me, Hillary. I'm not the first guy who fell in love with a woman that he met at a restaurant who turned out to be the daughter of a kidnapped scientist, only to lose her to her childhood lover who she last saw on a deserted island, who then turned out fifteen years later to be the leader of the French underground. Hillary Flammond : I know. It all sounds like some bad movie. [Long pause. Both look at camera]
Great video, of course, but...damn, one of the best films where the 4th wall is broken again and again is not here: The Elegant Life of Mr. Everyman, a classic of japanese cinema, directed by Kihachi Okamoto in 1963
Dora the explorer always doing it
They are from the kindergarden show. Those shows were made for the toddlers.

No Mr. Roper from There's company?!! Norman Fell was the king of sitcom 4th wall breaks!
Great video, of course, but...damn, one of the best films where the 4th wall is broken again and again is not here: The Elegant Life of Mr. Everyman, a classic of japanese cinema, directed by Kihachi Okamoto in 1963

How did you get away with having the music in there without a content match violation? Just curious.

Some of these clips are actually promoting the movie and not part of it, so they aren't breaking the fourth wall
