The fourth level of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory done on expert (hardest) difficulty with 100% completion while ghosting as much of the game as possible, leaving minimal trace and alerting the guards to a minimum degree.
Uses native language settings.
This one is pretty interesting. Glad to say the first third without anyone being suspicious.
