- Happy Thursday, maybe Frida by the time this uploads lol... Wow guys I still don't have words for this insanity at the pet store dumpster!!! To know there are so many pet shelters needing food desperately right now and to see all this perfectly good food tossed in the dumpster just breaks my heart!! But thankfully Beth and I saved it all and I will be taking it to the no kill shelter I donate to tomorrow morning :) I can't wait to see their faces when I unload my car lol... This is what Christmas is all about! Giving!! Those ladies at the no kill shelter are such angels and I amnestying so happy to be able to help them out! Beth as well of course bc she is my right hand and muscles lol. I def couldn't of loaded all that in my car if I was alone that is for sure!! So a huge thank you to my Bestie!!! You are the best and I def couldn't do this with out you!! Please dont forget to give this video a thumbs up if you liked it!! It truly helps me out!! People surrender their pets because they can’t afford to feed them. All the food should have been donated instead of thrown away. Glad you were able to save so much, but it never should have ended up in a dumpster.
My husband is a giver too , he plants a huge garden every year and gives the produce away to people that can’t plant one of their own and we also have chickens and he gives away all his extra eggs and with the kids if he knows a child doesn’t have a bike he will always buy them one , he is a generous sole just like you 🥰

Girl we are so much alike its unreal. I don't like to give but I totally LOVE to give. If I know someone needs something I have I will give it to them. So bottom line with your love of giving and positive thinking makes you one of God's beautiful people. Keep giving.
I agree, it's such a satisfying feeling to give to others. That's what Christmas is all about in my opinion. My son asked what I really wanted for Christmas and all I could think of was what I wanted to get others. I don't need anything. I did tell him Starbucks coffee is nice

I know about those shut downs. My son's job shut down during 1st wave and they never reopened. He got really depressed and almost killed himself. He has recently found a new job and has got some help with his depression. I will pray for you and your family. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas.🎄

Just ignore the negative people. They are just being mean to be mean! Don’t respond to them. You make us all happy doing what you do! This stuff doesn’t need to be in the dump! It can go to others that can use it and help them . There is no sense in it being wasted and ruining our environment! You rock lady!

Best wishes to your family. Also a PA girl here. We are a small town with quite a few private owned restaurants & hearing about the shut downs makes us worry over their future. Once the dust clears I can't help but wonder how many will still stand.

I Can't believe the wastefulness of these stores. In Nova Scotia our stores donate to the SPCA and the food bank when they are close to best before dates. Thank-you Shannon for making sure those that need it gets it. Sorry about your restaurant closing but it is best to keep you safe.We were real safe but our numbers started climbing recently but still relatively low compared to other places. Merry Christmas! We checked the back one, unfortunately it was empty, but there was a ton of broken glass and garbage back there on the ground. We cleaned it up, but I'm guessing someone got there before us.

I see SO much of the stuff that I used to be able to get on market place, and they are in town's very close to me, so I'm sure that they are thrilled to have me not beating them there.😪🎅
If you found glass back there,then something might have been in there and they left the glass behind. I always checked the cardboard dumpster because the people would put things in it. From B&BW and Kirkland.

I called the pet food manufacturers and they told me that the expiration date is good for one year FROM the time you OPEN the bag. It has to remained SEALED/UNOPENED. So that June 2020 bag is good until someone opens it, but should be used as soon as possible was their recommendation...usually within a 3-6 month period from the expired BBD. Awesome food find for the pets!!!!

I am so sorry you are off again, but hope its not for to long. I have been off work since march 24 and then at the end of sept. they fired us all . Just found out they will most likely will re-open in mid Jan. so now I can re-apply for my job. yaaaa it is about time. Thank you for being you I love the videos-and the puppy:) :)

BLESSING ALWAYS. I Know how it feels because here in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 we got a shutdown on the 7th of December until January 7th. Of the streets at 9:00pm and no liquor sold Saturday or Sunday not even in restaurants , they could only have 30% in and fast food only drive though . Sunday only farmacias are open and nothing else open. But we most give thanks we have family and health. Take care I'm a teacher out of work. Love you girl for being so awesome. Praying for you 🙏

I did the same thing when i have found bags and cans of cat food , plus dog food. The dog shelter got to know me really well.
