I think this is just the beginning of an attempt to make public toilets so clean and cool in Japan.

This is very cool. I've seen some photos on the past from all them. I want to know if this it's to fix some kind of "dirty people peeing in the street"? Or just infrastructure?
I'm aware that this is a project to clean up public toilets that were dirty and no one was using.
