I'd suggest using agar agar powder instead of gelatin because it gives a less jiggly result(which I really don't like in a cheesecake) while keeping everything in place
Try other types of mangoes, I love Philippine mangoes which are all yellow, they are soft sweet and perfect for desserts. Maybe the mangoes you’ve tried are the more firm ones with the red coloring on the skin.
@@RedChaos1208 I'm the type of person who can't stand not liking a food idek why. So, I usually keep trying the food again and again to see if my taste has changed, but for some reason, every type of mango (I've tried by now, including Philippine ) doesn't taste good to me :(

This is a great recipe and mine turned very well with a thumbs up from each of my teenagers which is saying alot!
