Settings > Display & Sound > Picture > Adv. Settings > Motion > Motion Clarity --> Turn that s**t OFF!

And also check psu board is OK or not.

Dear Sir, please check and reply if it works. Power on your TCL TV.
Access the secret menu by entering the following sequence: Home (five times), rewind (1x), down (1x), fast forward (1x), down (1x), rewind (1x).
Navigate to the “Change HDR Mode” section from the right-hand menu.
Select “Disable HDR.”

Bad Tv.We will not good quality when we use Dish Hd. Same tv i boat in 27-4-2024. Bluberry Tv is Good👌🏻. I used 7 years above.
