This might be a "quick" recipe needed for the summer heat but the amount of oil butter and spices added definitely isn't something one can quickly digest in this scorching summer blaze I would rather make this for winter times. Also your "koshano" took way long if you had added your spices onion tomatoes in the oil directly at the beginning and then the chicken it would have been faster i cook like this easy way out since I don't like being in the kitchen for long irrespective of seasons. Also I find it interesting that you discarded the skin but not the tomato seeds. But the recipe in itself comes out very tasty I mean what can possibly go wrong with a simple recipe where there js so much oil and spices and tomatoes 😊
